China court upholds 5 sentences in milk scandal
An appeals court Thursday reaffirmed death sentences of three people for their roles in contaminating milk that sickened tens of thousands of babies, making it almost certain they will be executed in one of China's worst food safety scandals.

So there are no more appeals then? How long bewteen the approval of the State People's Supreme Court and the actual executions?
