Breast exams, is the best way to check your self, yes it can be painfulbut it is worth it to take the doubt away from you!

It doesnt take more than 20 minutes, the pain goes away soon as it is over!

I don't see anyone doing these studies about skin cancer. Can you imagine doctors discouraging patients from checking their skin regularly for imperfections or changes because it "might" cause unneccessary biopsies or stress for the patient? What is wrong with these people??? A breast self exam is a simple, free addition to a good breast health awareness program which should include age appropriate screenings, clinical breast exam and breast self-exam! Women need to be aware of changes occuring in their bodies as they are their own best advocates for staying healthy!
