Not a religious leader, just another politician/tool. Can anyone quote even one religious pearl of wisdom emanating from this Indian/CIA fool?

According to Buddhist belief, the current Dalai Lama is the reincarnation of the last one. Each time his mortal body dies, he chooses to come back again to enlighten others.

Therefore, the next Dalai Lama cannot be born until AFTER the current one dies.
It is not possible for the young man highlighted in this article to be the next one, since they are both alive at the same time.

Any claim that a person living during the life of the current Dalai Lama is, by default, a claim that either that person cannot possibly be the next Dalai Lama, or that the current holder of that title is not the true Dalai Lama.

Buddhist don't believe in a "transmigration of the soul", contrary to popular belief (or misconception). Also, from my understanding (although I am not Tibetan), the Dalai Lama is supposed to be an embodiment of Avalokitesvara - an archetype representing the enlightened aspect of compassion.

Now, in regards to being reborn without transmigration, Nagasena once gave this analogy to King Milinda:
"Do you remember, your majesty, when you were a boy learning some verse from a teacher?"
"Yes, venerable sir."
"Your majesty, did this verse transmigrate from the teacher?"
"Certainly not, venerable sir."
"Indeed just so, your majesty, one does not transmigrate and one is reborn."

This is brilliant as new blood is needed who dont mistreat the Shugdens in India, take a million dollar bribe from the Aum sect which is why Japan wont take him back and revitalise Tibetan Buddhism
dear TSEM WORSHIPPER,why are you out here to discredit others?this is a BUDDHIST forum.TSEM, SHUGDENS, etc...Buddhists? Do compare the REAL peaceful forest Ajahns, who truly put their lives in the trust of Dhamma with those ritual propreitors.Nibbana is attained when attachment to all rites & rituals are severed.

This is because Tibetan Buddhism of the Tsem Tulku Rinpoche school is based on the Tibetan Gelukpa Tantra Vajrayana who believes in a Goddess called Vajroyogina unlike the solitary form you practice which is the one propounded by King Ashoka and his son to Sri Lanka which does not believe in Guru devotion to the point of doing anything good or bad without question your root Guru. Naropa was asked to steal and even throw himself off a tall building and Tilopa was killing the fish thereby sending them to a higher rebirth.

Vajrayana of the Tibetan form is also called a one way ticket to hell as one who practices the worship of Vajroyogini in his lineage is guarunteed accesion to Dewachen paradise in 4 lifetimes unlike the forest Ajahns who cut themselves off from the world. The ritual is very sacred and we even have a seat for the spirits as we eat the meat as we become one with our Idam. This is why one cannot simply discredit the rituals of Buddhism as it comes from Lord Buddha in his secret teaching of Tantra which has been given only to the chosen. The first Buddha which was Tibetan was Milarepa despite the fact that he was a warlock and killed many prior to the Tantric teaching of Marpa , the translator who loved beer. One cannot judge a Tibetan Tantric practitioner such as Chyogam Trungpa who took LSD, walked into naked parties , induleged in orgies but is reborn in Tibet. such is the mystery known as the crazy wisdom of Tibetan Tantric Buddhism.
