it is well known the CIA tried to help Tibet when communist china invaded Tibet and was wholesale slaughtering the Tibetan population, USA/CIA was concerned about the spread of communism and about the unprovoked slaughter of hundreds of thousands of innocent Buddhist monks, nuns, children who were shot, bayoneted, blown up, beaten to death, etc. CCP blew up thousands of ancient monasteries, etc and raped the country in almost every conceivable way, thanks CIA for trying to help. it did not work but thank you thank you CIA for trying to help the Tibetan people during this horrible, dark chapter in human history

Rubbish!

USA has always recognized China's sovereignty of Tibet.
It was the Korean war that drove the CIA into seeking a foothold in western China so they recruited the Dalai Lama to work for them and invented all sorts of horrible stories about Tibet.

Wonderful artical. "An overseas activist group" Great source! And then you read tha artical and two were imprisoned for "Working for an NGO" also un-named! They saved this great laugh for the end. "The Tibetan government could not be reached for comment." Now does anyone doubt the fairness of western press? "The publics right to know" but never "The publics right to know the truth!"

You might understand the problem. It is what you "know". Like the list you never posted but lied about. You can fool some of the people all the time but you can't fool all the people all the time. Stand in front of the mirror and repeat. "I am so full of shit" abut 1000 times. You might manage to get the message through to yourself because no onee else seams to be able to! But there again, would you believe yourself?

This sound suspiciously like one of those "I know something you don't know, NYA, NAH!"

It is amazing just how many times we get to hear these claims but never get to see any substance to them. It’s not difficult to figure out why.

Several hours from now, I am heading over to Berkeley for a Free Tibet rally. Tibet must be free it is a beautiful pristine country and the people has always been free till the Chinese take over. The Chinese trying to destroy Tibet by urbanizing it and take away their culture, religion and traditions.

The intertwined history of China and Tibet go back along ways. Tibet use to be quite huge. I don't know if that has anything to do with China's ambitions on Tibet. Might be something else - like - Tibetan Buddhism is seen as threat to Chinese government - I don't know what it is. I don't think it's because China is bent on taking over the world.

Good.

I want to give you more information so that you have the enough to talk about at Berkeley.

D. Western reports about Tibet*:
http://www.youtube.com/watch...

(Not everyone in the exile communities are hostile to Beijing and they disagree with the way Dalai Lama and the Free Tibet Movement handle the issue. But the mild factions like Shugden monks and followers are called "Chinese communist" by Dalai Lama and his followers. Today Karmapa is also smeared as a Chinese spy. Disappointing. They are not pro-communist spies, but victims of power struggle in Tibetan exile communities.)

I use to put time effort energy into but once I realized the indoctrinates were hard wired and programmed i cut back quite a bit, I'm bored with Tibet stuff anyway, like when Michael Jordan left basketball for a few years to play baseball, I provided evidence on all aspects of Tibet multiple times long ago---you and cement head were around then, not my problem if you didn't learn anything
