Trevor: The March anniversaries are now OVER and the DaLIE Lama met Obama already. So, what's left for Tibet independence movement? The death of the DaLIE Lama and the disintegration of your movement.

Bow out from history. End of story.

So by the Dalai Llama running to the US, when our nation has done the same to the Iraqi's, he must believe that China can't claim he's nothing short of a hypocrite, just as American ships would harrass the Chinese if they got close to our shores with a vessel of that size--capable of carrying nuclear missles, hidden within the ship in any number of places.
THEN, Americas mass media must believe that what the Dalai says is a good thing, by what it writes and what it doesn't write.
Both nations leaders exploit and harm their people in so many ways, only our mass media and most all of it care nothing for the common man, but rather control and destruction of our minds and bodies.
The Dalai has harmed his cause and that is, his people, because he has tried to use one corrupt power against another, but obviously, he doesn't know that most all nations--well, except for his and maybe one or two others, try to pit all threy can, against each other, while they somehow prosper from such divisions.
The Dalai should know that he and his people cannot take any side---unless they use justice for all as their guide. However, their society being so small, has virtually no other protection than true justice allows.
So Dalai, walk to the middle and point-out your own ignorance to the world and possibly, both sides will leave your children to themselves, as long as they and you, don't bad mouth others, but rather find ways to enlighten, without harm.
That is difficult to do, but from what I have learned, the Tibetan monks and people, live in one of Gods harsher environments, leaving them to become maybe, a tiny bit closer to perfection. However, for the Tibetan people to acheive the best for their leader and themselves, they have to understand how to teach the physical mind a lot better, so the metaphysical mind has a balance with other societies. While that would actually be something that most Tibetans would welcome, at least from my small understanding of them, it doesn't seem if other countries would want the world to learn of such a place, because to reach even that low level--by comparison to what we believe singular man is capable of, seeing an entire society living even in such a low level, would make the world envious--but better to shroud yourselves in the mysteries.
Jim is it ok with you that nations are stolen for their small land mass their folk killed or jailed or raped with no legal right to question
are you a nazi? that is how Hitler ran Germany
what you know of the Dalai Lama or the way of life in Tibet in the 1950s when China invaded with guns and men who shot Tibetan folk?

Noticeably, The U.N. hasn't a comment on the so-called hundreds of thousands of Tibetians killed by China. Or is the U.N. silent because China supplies the weapons to the tribal warlords of the Middle East and Africa?
I've seen an awful lot of these warlords carrying M-16's. Does China make those?
