Be glad. With 1.4 billions to compete against it could get worse.

If you analize the statistics: China is 8.9 % college educated population versus 29 % in U.S. means 119 million Chinese versus 90 million Americans. No wonder China's rising.

Huh? aren't you reversing the situation by great miles? Filipinos are not that much into restaurant business not that there's anything wrong with it it's just that you seem to deny the truth for some reasons that exist only on your twisted mind.

But then you have to realize that there's only so much that could be done to help push the economy the ultimate driver is demand and this may just be the start of the diminishing demands from middle class consumers who are by in large makes the highest percentage of consumers in the basic manufactured goods. It's the high ends consumption that has the most disposable money at this point in time.

Further more; WASHINGTON (AP)- "The middle class is receiving less of America's total income, declining to its smallest share in decades as median wages stagnate in the economic doldrums and wealth concentrates at the top". It is the big picture of things to come.

there is a difference between owning a restaurant...

and a being content with being a waiter for the rest of your life..

which most of you Filipinos are...

like you said there is nothing wrong with doing a sheit job like being a waiter...

puts food on the table and a roof over your head

Chinese migrants will do that shiet job... but we know their children do just as well as the Children of rich Chinese in school...

so to me... as long as you intend to move yourself forward, or your children's future forward...

you Filipinos are just fine with being waiters and your kids being waiters... and their kids too...

if you are fine with that, then stop posting...shut up and get me a glass of water and a menu...

just like Miro will for the rest of her life

and id say for her kids... but since she is a nutcase...

"Resistance is Futile" cleans toilets at the Aberdeen Mall in Richmond.

He pretends to look down on waiters, but only because they will not touch him due to the filth he carries outside, and in.......
