One of the greatest things about Obama's Health Care Bill is the provision which forces tax payers to fund Sex Change Operations. Nancy Pelosi felt this would be a fool proof vehicle for her to force the closure of Catholic Hospitals in the Cleveland area.

Pelosi firmly believes that Cleveland families will not only embrace the higher taxes to fund the Bill but fewer Hospitals and lower quality Health Care.

Vote Obama 2012. Show him that paying more for less is plenty good enough for Cleveland families!
