The case of accused serial killer Michael Madison is mired in an appeals court over a psychological test that prosecutors want him to take and defense attorneys want him to avoid.

why waste all this time and tax payers money over this moron.
just take him out back shoot him then dump his body in the garbage dump for the rats lunch.
he gave no break or special consideration to his victim so he deserves no special consideration and his lawyers can go out chase another ambulance someplace.
