Reed is alot like Ted Kennedy was, a worthless drunk who plays the victim game over and over. It is doubtful that he will be impeached because his constituents are at least five times as dumb as he is. He should be publicly CANED-Singapore style and then sent to prison. P.S. any pension accrual should be seized and he should be barred from any county, city or state employment. He is a skinny version of Jimmy Dimora.

As of April 13th 2013 more corruption have evolve. Cleveland's City Council President and Law office Director have attempted to pretend to be ajoind Plaintiff then filed to dismiss the impeachment complaint; committing fraud, misappropriation of government funds to pay for personal defense for personal non-office related offenses which are prohibit by law. Cuyahoga County prosecutor offices is also using Goverment resource to provide personal defense for Peter J. Corrigan for impeachment for OVI offense which is none office related and nature. More Corruption.
We have now motioned for a change of venue to move the case to the Ohio Supreme Court.

Injunction barring corrupt activity in case file on 4/22/13
come Plaintiff motioning for injunction barring Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Office and City of Cleveland Law from further attempts to represent Defendants Peter J. Corrigan and Zackary Reed because Cuyahoga County Prosecutor office is alternate attorney of Record for joind parties Cuyahoga County Executive Ed FitzGerald/ Cuyahoga County, and Office of County Inspector General/Cuyahoga County and in this case and likewise is City of Cleveland Law Department the recorded attorney of record for joind parties Office of Cleveland City Council C/O Council President Martin Sweeny who can only be Plaintiffs along with the original Plaintiff. But if they refuse they must be made Defendants additional to original Defendants (Ohio Rule of Civil Procedure 19.(3).

Because Cuyahoga County Executive Ed FitzGerald/ Cuyahoga County, and Office of County Inspector General/Cuyahoga County are joinders parties in this case (see Exhibit A attached); so is Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office/ Timothy McGinty as their attorney and as entity. Likewise is Office of Cleveland City Council C/O Council President Martin Sweeny joinder parties in this case (see Exhibit A attached) as is City of Cleveland Law Department as their attorney, and they have already filed inappropriately as Plaintiff (see Exhibit B and C attached) and an entity with them and therefore it was illegal for them to pretend to accept being a Plaintiff Joinder only try to deceive this court by pretending to be a joind Plaintiff against Defendant only to attempt to dismiss this complaint against Defendant Zackary Reed (See Exhibits B & C Attached). Thus underhandedly covering up for and representing Zackary Reed. That is misconduct, engaging in corrupted and showed only contempt for this court and the entire justice system.. Therefore what they are doing is unlawful, conflict of interest, unethical, both professional and judicial misconduct on all their parts. Not to mention they’ve each conspired to engage in corrupt action and theft of resources in Office. Therefore this injunction is vital and should be granted
