MURDER, ATTEMPTED

In order for a person to be found guilty of attempted murder the government must prove:

First, acting deliberately and intentionally or recklessly with extreme disregard for human life, the person attempted to kill someone; and the person did something that was a substantial step toward committing the crime.

Sorry folks, but there would have been "no" boom. You can throw a lit cigarette into a bucket of gasoline and it will not catch fire. it will go out just as if you threw it in water. There must be a spark to go boom" His lawyer will use this in court"

So he's from Bath? Young, rich, probably doesn't work. Too much time on his hands, and not enough to do. My father-in-law, always side "Idle hands, are the devils work shop." TPB should hang him out to dry, and give him about 1,000 hours of community service. That should keep him busy for a while. Oh! I almost forgot. A BIG fine for being so STUPID! And since he must like bars, let him spend some time BEHIND them, instead of in FRONT of them. Do you think he will be able to learn anything from his experience?

If you throw a lit match in a pail of gasoline don't worry about a thing ....the match will go out from the force of the explosion !

Yes I have as a matter of fact" In a open field with a half a gallon of gasoline in a bucket because when I was told of this I also did not believe it yet it turns out to be true !!! You may try it yourself (I'm not asking you or telling you to) in a safe open place and use only a few drops of gas in a cup to be safe and stand back and throw a lit cigarette into it. It will only smoke and go right out !!! I'm not telling anyone to do this but seeing is believing"

My mom always told us the an idol mind is the devil's workshop. Either way you're right. It's a cry for attention and help. Hope he gets it. Needs medical care for sure.

Take away smoking in bars and ashtrays. No good was going to ever come of it.

I've never tried it, but what KEVY said seems to make sense. My only question is do fumes ignite? I have no idea, never played with gasoline. Never played on the freeway either. But people who have, have first-hand knowledge if they are still alive.
