Most of you are being really unfair. If someone broke into your house and you just woke you up, how would you react???? Obviously they got scared but they couldn't have been in the right frame of mind and to say this is pre-meditated is complete crap! Pre-meditated with a baseball bat? Be smarter people!

No one deserves to die. If he was breaking into their home, they should've called the cops. You don't take another person's life because they steal. They ended a life that night. For the rest of their lives they will live with the fact that they killed someone. Killed someone..... This shouldn't even be a question of debate.

All i would like to say is that this is my teachers nephew and it is really hard on her family. You should keep them all lifted up in prayer. I dont think it was intentially to break into their house either. So stop being so judgemental about other people!

Im so very sorry to hear that this has happened to your cousin, he dint deserve any of this, and Iv never met him in person but that wasn't a fair way to take all this stuff. I continue to keep your family in prayer especially his parents and sister. Im very sorry for the loss but trust in God, it says in the Bible all things happen for a reason. You cant blame it on God for what happened to Johnny, but what I can say is that for sure God is always with you and He will never leave you. So rely on Him in times of trouble and need, He is an awesome God He is always there for me in poor times and also in good times. God Bless :)
