I saw Uncle Ted at the Big Easy last year. It was my 6th or so time seeing him. It was the worst concert I had ever been to because The Big Easy in Boise, ID is a lousy place for a show. The management has NO control over the crowd and it is pure mayhem. You will not be able to see Uncle Ted and the sounds are the worst. For an entertainer that prides himself on his talent, I am surprised that Ted bothers with such lousy venues. I suppose even Uncle Ted is in it just for the money. If you are thinking of seeing Uncle Ted for the music and show...don't bother at the Big Easy. If you're looking for trouble and are a poser...it's the show for you.
Not worth the money at The Big Easy!

Whada ya mean you're surprised that Ted "The traitorous coward Nugent" bothers with such lousy venues. He's lucky, the only place I'd book him is in prison. I gotta wonder what kind of true patriotic American would want to see this traitorous coward anywhere. Why's that you say? Read his interview with the Detroit Free Press July 1990. Hell I've got it right here!!
"Nugent says his blood runs red, white, Reagan and Bush, and if they
had a war -- a real war -- he would fight his way to the front line. He was
proud to play the national anthem before a Detroit Pistons-Chicago Bulls
Eastern Conference championship game.
And he is equally proud that the Michigan Legislature this year
proclaimed him a "wholesome, traditional" man of "honesty, integrity, loyalty
But Nugent wanted no part of Vietnam. He claims that 30 days before his
draft board physical, he stopped all forms of personal hygiene. The last 10
days, he ingested nothing but Vienna sausages and Pepsi; and a week before his
physical, he stopped using bathrooms altogether, virtually living inside pants
caked with his own excrement, stained by his urine.
That spectacle won Nugent a deferment, he says, although the Free Press
was unable to verify his draft status.
"The men who went should be applauded, but if I would have gone over
there, I'd have been killed, or I'd have killed all the hippies in the
foxholes ... I would have killed everybody."
WITH HIS WORRIES ABOUT THE draft out of the way -- "I never heard from them
again" -- Nugent focused on his band."

What a DICK!! He has the audacity to rant his American rhetoric. I always knew the ones who claim the loudest their patriotism were the most un-American. It sure confirms what one of his ex-roadies told me in the '70s--he is the most conceited musician alive. He said he once fired another roadie for talking about another guitarist at a show that was good. Jealous prick. Has to talk big cause he's got such a small one.
Thanks for the additional insight into this deranged traitor,

Hmmm. One of his ex-roadies. Seems like either he was worthless and got canned OR what you actually have is " My girlfriend's aunt's sister's cat's nanny told me..." Sheesh.
