Shinseki has set a goal of ending the disability claims backlog, and processing all claims within 125 days with 98 percent accuracy, by 2015. "Not manage it better, not reduce it, but end it," he said in an interview after meeting with VA staffers.

Here we go with the EXCUSES....

"As for how soon these and other efforts will yield results, Shinseki said, "We'll go as fast as we can, but it's hard to predict. I think you should see a downward trend in the numbers next year for sure."
