He was shot with a shotgun and had multiple gunshot wounds. What else needs to be determined?
They were referring to the Manner of death. Homicide vs. Self Defense.

Didn't these homeowners know that the police always say not to resist a robbery or home invasion?
I'm sure there's a poor little kid without a father now. The guy was probably just trying to feed his family. The homeowner should have just given him what he wanted and no one would have been hurt. It's the duty of people to help the less fortunate. All of this could have been avoided if only everyone paid a little more in taxes so we could help people like this.
I'm glad the residents didn't own a gun or this could have been much more serious. Kids or neighbors could have been injured.
Love your sarcasm or you must be a thug too, to feel sorry for an animal like this.

Not quite. They need to determine exactly why he died. It's possible he died from a heart attack moments before he got his ass blown to smithereens!

Compassion?! You must be smoking the same stuff this idiot was when he got blasted. Why would we have compassion for a dude who was robbing someone? He obviously didn't have any himself.... an eye for an eye. Rudy, lay off the drugs, you're view is whacked.

As for there possibly being a child without a father.... he had better learn from this and pay dues like most of or his fate could be like his poor old daddy's.

Pay more taxes!? I think I have heard it all! I can't stop laughing because I PAY ENOUGH TAXES FOR ALL THOSE SCUM TO SMOKE THEIR BLUNTS, SIP ON THE 40s, AND CONTINUE TO PUT A DRAIN ON SOCIETY.... BUMS!

Let me clearify that..I'm not defending the robber by any means, I'm just thinking, was'nt one bullet enough to take him down? Why did they shoot him multiple times? Then again, with me having 2 babies to protect when my hubby isnt home, i'd probably do the same thing ..idk Oh well lesson learned !!

He was shot with a SHOTGUN. One shot would be enough from close range.

Sad?

Sad?

This is the coolest thing I've read in months...If anyone ever had it coming, then this thug did!!!

Going through CCW training, they taught us to shoot and keep shooting till you are CERTAIN the person threatening you is dead. That's why it's called "deadly force".

The thug crossed the line...he wasn't taking stuff outta a car or garage...he was in the house threatening to kill people with an obviously loaded shotgun.

I just wish it had been TWO thugs taken out...that is the only thing that could make this story better.
