Nelly Warren pleaded guilty and was found guilty of driving drunk with a BAL of .165, 9-18-06. She got a suspended 177 day jail sentence from the Ravenna Court, November 15,2006, IF SHE HAS NO ALCOHOL RELATED DRIVING OFFENSE FOR TWO YEARS.
February 21, 2008 (less than two years later), she was found to had a BAL of .212 as she crossed the center of the road and without lifting her foot from the accelerator she drove through another vehicle killing one woman and sentencing another to a life time of physical and emotional pain.
Why isn't Nelly J Warren in jail serving those 177 days while waiting for the new charges to be made for February's murder and assault?

Ada may not have ever died if the family did not have a DNR. Everyone keeps forgetting that her family gave up on her and pulled the plug. Yes, she was hurt in the accident but could have survived.

That is the most ridicules statement. Blaming the victims' family for this woman being drunk and driving that night is cruel. This guy is blaming everybody and anybody but himself. Do you really think he has the knowledge to second guess the doctor's diagnosis? How dare he try to blame the victims. WHY is he trying to blame the victims' family? The DNR did NOT kill Mrs. Van Horn, Nelly and her drinking friends did. Only Nelly is in prison.
