This is rediculous. People act as if, humans can't think for themselves. We have to use common sense at some point in our lives. At what point in life do we hold people accountable for what they do, and not blame anything and everything on their wrong doing. USE THAT THING CALLED A BRAIN AND THINK FOR YOURSELVES SOMETIME. We are becoming more of a dictatorship society than any other country in the world. Little by little everything is being either taken away or enhanced in some way. Get over it. And allow people to learn from their stupidity.

Are these parents serious? Complaining because the girl is talking on a TOY cell phone while "driving" her TOY car? The product was made years ago before talking on a phone while driving was made illegal. And it's not even illegal in all 50 states. Just the ones that have the worst driver's who can't manage to do two things at once. It's a TOY!!!!!!!! And since when do kids pay attention to advertisements? Buy the toy and get rid of the box so the kid doesn't see it. These parents are idiots and should not be allowed the breed.....just wow. I am actually having trouble figuring out what to type after reading this. LOL.
I totally agree. Parents we should be allowing our children to remain children as long as possible. We should be teaching them, and making them think for themselves. I will not buy toys that take these things away, just because of such stupidity of adults who can't teach their children realization from make believe. There are much more life threatening things to complain about than out childrens toys that has a cell phone in it.

Wait a second. For all of these upset parents, you need to remember that traffic accidents and deaths HAVE NOT GONE DOWN IN AREAS ENACTING A BAN ON CELL PHONES WHILE DRIVING. Yeah, texting behind the wheel will get you killed, but just talking on the phone - even if you're not using a hands-free set!- won't cause any accidents unless you're too dumb to be on the road in the first place. Do your research before you get your panties in a bunch over a complete non-issue.

How about parents actualy teach there kids how to make the right choice. You know like hey little billy dont talk on the phone while driving. Or dont put that fork in the electric socket. Instead of trying to change company products. If you dont like it dont buy it. if you buy it then teach the kids. Plus its for little kids that have what 10 years left until they drive. Im sure there going to remember that time in there life when they had a toy car and cell phone and will do say "hey it was fine then!" Come on!

We have strict rules in our house, but it is to keep the family safe. When I let my 3 year old drive the family car to work, or go out with his friends, he KNOWS that cell phones are not allowed, period.

Come on people. Our televisions are so full of BAD EXAMPLES. Sex, nudity, erictile dysfunction commercials and that is on Family TV!! As parents & a society, we need to unplug the trash on tv. We don't watch commercials they can't sell to us!

Any child that is young enough for this car is not going to be driving a real car for a long time! I'm pretty sure things will be different by the time they are even old enough to drive.

Why are erectile dysfunction commercials bad examples? Do you think kids are experimenting with Viagra? When I was a kid I had a perpetual boner without enhancements. See a cute girl...BOING!

OMG!! Get a grip. You teach your children how to drive. Send them when it is time to a Driving School. But to sue is ridiculous. We have become a nation of sue first and get common sense later.

Give me a break parents let these kids be kids. Besides they will have plenty of other things for you to nag them about other than them being on the phone while in their "cozy coupe". My son had a cozy coupe pick up and now he is 17 and doesnt talk while driving now..... Why because when the time was appropriate we told him what a danger it is. We surely didnt do it at 5 yrs old. Find another toy to pick on!!!

Gimme a break! You're complaining because the toy car comes with a cellphone?? Well if that's the case, it also doesn't come with a seatbelt!! Lighten up people. Like a previous poster said, raise your kids like this and they grow up with no sense of personal responsibility.

Let's ban the "get out of jail free" card from Monopoly because it gives kids the wrong idea. Let's ban toy cars altogether, because toddlers shouldn't be driving.
If we follow this example, we'll find a way to ban pretty much every toy out there.

This is another attempt by a lazy ass parent (or a set of them) to have someone else do their jobs for them. If you cant teach your TODDLER (whose probably 4 years old) to properly drive by the time they are 16 then you need to find someone else to blame for their issues mainly you as a parent.

I am a father of two children i worry about how my kids view life as they get older. I dont think my 4 year old talking on a fake cell phone while in a fake car (THAT NEEDS YOU TO WALK TO MAKE IT MOVE) is going to remember this when they turn 16.

Can you imagine your 16 year old who is getting ready to drive say Well Mom/Dad when I was little I was able to talk on my cell phone in my Little Tykes Plastic foot mobile why cant I do it now? HA... I would love for my kid to even be able to remember that age let alone that they were driving and talking on a fake phone in my living room while I watch TV.

GET REAL GROW THE HELL UP PEOPLE DONT BLAME A COMPANY WITH MONEY FOR YOUR KIDS PROBLEMS (LIKE OTHERS ARE TRYING TO DO WITH MCDONALDS HAPPY MEAL TOYS thats a different subject that I wont get into now)

ITS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE YOUR KID(S) DONT GROW UP TO BECOME A DUMBASS. AND IF THEY DO THEN IT REALLY SHOULD REFLECT ON YOU. THE PERSON WHO IS RESPONSIBLE.

I can already see traffic court for this kid when she is 16 telling the judge WELL WHEN I WAS FOUR I WAS ALLOWED TO DRIVE MY LITTLE TYKES CAR AND TALK ON MY PHONE AT THE SAME TIME I DONT UNDERSTAND WHILE I CANT DO IT NOW.

I know if I was a judge and heard that come out of a young persons mouth I would try to lock up their parents for neglect for raising a kid to be so ignorant to the realities that face them.

GO ahead and bash Im not revisiting this after this post.

Nonsense- yet another diversion and excuse for bad parents to continue being bad parents- your child is your repsonsibility- stop blaming external factors. YOU train your child not to talk on the phone while driving- I owuld wager most of the complainers are guilty of this, so onward with the double standard!
