Why would we want this in our village? Why would we want to turn this lovely space into a business development similar to 271 and Chagrin? Why would we want the extra traffic on Harvard and Brainard?

Why another shopping mall and retail stores. Please don't have jobs and you want to build more stores people can't go to. Also lets try to keep some green spaces as they are. We have enough retail within a 10 mile radius. Do we all have to have are our stores 1 minute away from out house. MORE hard top surface to drain onto the land to flood our homes. NO THANK YOU ................
