Full story: Akron Beacon Journal

I thought they believed the husband was linked to the Christensen case but could never prove it?
Paul D Brown...WTH are you trying to say? Your post makes no sense at all.
I am a friend of Janice Christensen's husband's family, and he was never considered a suspect, nor should he have been. He had reported her missing, and when the police would not act on it right away, he went to all the places she usually would run at and searched for her himself. Their dog found the body, under some leaves. He was devastated by her death. It took him a long, long time to even partially recover. Although the family is sad the murder has never been formally solved, they do believe the guilty party was executed in Florida for a similar crime, but they cannot prove that.

I've been haunted by Barbs murder going unsolved all these years, my friend Tammy knew her well.I hung out with her one time during my senior year of High school and we all had fun. I remember barb telling me her grandmother predicted she wouldn't live to be old.Barb said she felt that her grandmother haunted their house, flickering the lights on and off.Later it was said by friends that Barbs late grandmother came to her mom in a dream the night she was killed,to say that everything was ok, and Barb was with her.I pray that someone will come forward.Everyone agrees that someone out there knows something. This is something I have strongly felt for a long time now.

I need information on a 1997 or 6 murder around akron. The murderer waited outside a bar and ran down his victim in cold blood. The 53 year old fled and now lives in Suttons Bay MI. He owned a dodge truck silver and green or avenger black. Please help any info on victim or the location of the bar

Lets not forget the Hoods who were also slashed with a knife. Also the bar owner in Barberton and the guy they found along Summit road and the highway. I believe all were stabbed also around the same time.
i knew ted haudenschild, the bar owner.i was his girlfriend at that time.the same person is a suspect in all four murders.ted, bryan mcdonald, howard and margret hood.some evidence still exist,so why wont barberton police look back into this case?recently, the vidocq society agreed to help probono on teds case and the barberton police refused to work with them. wonder why?also know that some barberton police are freinds with suspects family members.they say that has no bearing on the case.what do you think?
