The deputy registrar does not get rich off running a licence bureau, he spent many hours working himself, it is the busiest licence bureau in cuyahoga county, in contrast to how many licences have been processed there the past 4 years, it is easy to understand how he would not notice something like this. She worked there for years, a valued employee, with state clearance... I just wonder how she had all this money and no one noticed a lifestyle change??????

It's cheaper just to replace validation stickers. May be u were doing some fraudulent scheme too? Vitaly is a nice guy too, but as someone said here $$$ change ppl. What a heck u trying to say here? "Im Ukrainian and they know how to make leaving but, thats a wrong way of doing, you need to work and use your head"..... Only Bernard Madoff from Wall Street knew how to make real living. LOL.

Now, if we can get the entire ring of Ukranians that brought people here to Cleveland, married them off to idiots for the tidy sum of $12K and then they work under the table and don't pay taxes? I hope they come after you GENE of SPRENGEL Ave!

Now get the drug dealers off the streets and just maybe CLEVELAND will shed that name ''The Mistake by the Lake'' WOW Sonya what have you gotten yourself into. I've lived for 12 years in NYC and DC, and no one thinks of Cleveland this way anymore. Only Clevelanders are still talking this way! But the ignorance of this post ("Arabics?") and the difficulty the poster has with basic writing skills isn't showing our hometown to be the most sophisticated place. Stinks that this happened. Glad the FBI caught them. Hopefully this will be taken care of and we can get back to celebrating the new Ukrainian Village area in Parma. Oh, I miss those pierogis!

There still hundreds Ukrainians and Russians in Cleveland who obtained Ohio driver's licenses in this manner. I know some of them personally. Now these people are trying to avoid driving any motor vehicles.

You can't tell me that NO ONE else from the Parma License Bureau knew about the scheme Sonya was pulling. This is a huge deal to me. I can't even get a license in the state of OHIO because I have to pay over $1000.00 to get my license reinstated in another state first. Had I known Sonja was this shady I would have asked her for help... Obviously Money was the root for all evil for this lady.
