As long as the black community keeps having babies at an early and unmarried age - nothing will change for the urban blacks except maybe there lack of education will send them into more poverty. But where are the black leaders willing to tell them that?
Take the stone of victimhood off your necks, keep your legs crossed, and stay in school for a change.
