We need to do alot to limit this behavior. Stop handing out welfare and hand out birth control or abortions. Stop degrading education, it should be number one. What's sad is that at least 8 girls or women disappeared in Cleveland and ended up in this Fockers house or yard. I wonder how many of these women were reported missing? Did police have a clue that there might be a serial killer on the loose? Look for Bill Curtis from A&E to feature this killer on a future show.

I am so glad he was caught. Just imagine if he hadn't-more women would have probably become his victims. He needs to get the maximum sentence with NO CHANCE OF PAROLE. No early release for good behavior either.
