Phase Five sewer bids come in high, leaving course of project uncertain

WOW ....Is all I can say. Last week they spent 120 million on up grades for the football team and now they say they don't have money to finish a project that will affect ALL of the tax payers. What the f--- is worng with our people in charge. They should all be FIRED NOW ...........

Now add the extra 20 million they are going to give to the social services. But when the sewer district wants to charge us for how much runoff we have ( from rain ) they are ok with this. This is where all that runoff is suppose to go to be treated before being released to the lake ...... NICE WORK AGAIN FOR THE PEOPLE IN CHARGE IN THE CITY OF CLEVELAND OHIO....... I don't know how they can TAX us for it raining now, What a bunch of HOG WASH ..........
