mY thoughts and prayers, and good wishes go right along to the family. What ever happened. What ever she did, or didn't do. She was some ones daughter, sister, or mother. She was a living breathing being, and didn't deserve this. I hope God and the angels will intervene, and either make the perpetrator turn him/herself in ASAP, or give heavenly assistance to the PD.

Angel has been my friend since 5th grade. And to read the comments that people are making is disrespectful. She was a mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend. She was a beautiful soul. The city of Cleveland should be ashamed. The policemen should lose their jobs. Anthony Sowell was allowed to kill eleven women and no one looked for them. If I where a privileged white women found on the free way, the policemen would have already lost their jobs. But, because she was from the inner city she was over looked. What does that mean for the women of the inner city. No matter your color. If we need to be found will we be overlooked because of where we live. Pray for her beautiful babies and family tonight.
Let me first say it is a shame that this young woman lost her life and was thrown away like a piece of trash. But I'm so sick and tired of hearing these ridiculous conclusions, "if she was white", give me a freakin break, police have procedures they have to follow not matter the situation. The police could have not stop the inevitable, she was already dead, weere they neglectful "yes", responsible "no". Who exactly "allowed" Sowell to kill, maybe his neighbors, maybe his family, maybe the family of the victims because they did not report them missing. It's so easy to blame police and society for crimes of the "CRIMINALS".

I'm backing you up here! I just read the story this morning as that area of I-90 caught my attention. I was there yesterday passing through to Lakewood.
Here is what bothers me. A young women 26 with three children. No mention of a husband. Theft convictions and drugs. I'm 52 years old, no convictions just a traffic ticket. The type of crowd that deals the drugs is the same crowd pulling the gun on the local store owner. No values, morals or work ethic.

This is the same scenario that my wife observed for 30 years as a High School teacher. Young urban women with no financial means popping out babies with no husband.
It's just starting folks. The free health care and spreading the wealth. "My wealth" and what little I have left after shelling out $35 grand for college expenses of my children this year..

Yes DBLE J I do live in a city that has a police car car every 4 blocks. But,Lakewood is not without fault either. But,we only have 54,000 people living here. Not 500,000 like Cleveland. But,that does not excuse the fact that the officer never got out of his vehicle to check and see what was reported by other drivers on the side of the road. And what does it matter to you if she was at the bar on Easter night even if she is a mother she was allowed to go out and have some me time.I go out once in awhile does that make me a bad mother? She didn't deserve to die at all regardless of what she was doing on Easter night. It was after 11 pm when she left her mother's home to go out with her boyfriend. If people would only get their own *****s and find out the whole story before passing judgement the world would be a better place.Oh,wait i forgot we live in an ignorant ridden society so that might never happen. She was not hit by a car,she was not a prostitute, she wasn't a drug dealer, and she wasn't a crack head. Her name was Angel and she was the mother of 3 young children who now no longer have their mother because of someone's insensitive act of violence against her.May GOD be with her family and friends in this time of sadness and loss for them.God loves all of his Angel's regardless...
I agree with everything you've said here - good for you. I can't believe some of the ignorant comments written on this site. The cop should have gotten out of his car and checked to see what was on the side of the road, he probably took it for granted it was a deer who would expect it to be a person? My opinion is they better be finding this "boyfriend" and checking him out because he was the last person to see her. I hope they find whoever did this to this young woman and my prayers are with her children and all of her family

She was not a "crackhead"....peopl e should not assume anything, sorry for your loss about your cousin, but this made the news because the cop thought she was a dead deer, they need to expose the lazy CLEVELAND POLICE DEPARTMENT!

They called the game warden first, for a deer. Then they called the zoo keeper, for a munkey. Then they called the cops, for a hooker, and finally the coroner for a stiff. Get a Verizon cell phone for the next call to cancel the PMHA rent payment.

You really should try and get over your inferiority complex.
You REALLY need to get over your Stalker Phase, it's old, it's pathetic, it stinks, that literally describes you in a nut shell. Now run a long and find your POS mama, pimp, your hair, your half size pea brain, a rope maybe, or just stick your head back in the toilet H*O*S*E BAG.

Some of you people leave the dumbest comments, do you understand that someone has been murdered!! Does it really matter What race the person is, You people who make these racial comments make me sick and I am a white person if your wondering. The bottom line is the poor mother got murder by so sick person and it sad and it doesn't matter what lifestyle she live because we should not be judging her by that because she makes her own choices. Now unfortunely the neighborhood is a bad one, so that terrible. I Just feel she should get some respect since they thought for hours she was a deer on the side of the road and did nothing.

ok, first off, im surprised MOST of you have posted here even know how to use the internet!
Hit by a car? C'mon now! she was NUDE! If she was walking along the highway nude, im sure SOMEONE would have called in that there is a nude woman walking along the highway... so for everyone who said she was hit by a car, you have been eliminated..
My guess is that she was a prostitute who came across the wrong man at the wrong time. Perhaps she did him wrong so he decided to do her wrong. Instead of searching for a spot to dump her OFF of the highway, perhaps he just pulled his car over, walked to the back seat, pulled her out, and ON WITH HIS DAY...
the ONLY way they are going to have a chance of finding this guy is checking cell phone records. Im sure they had to of I.D.'d the body by now, so they MUST already have a full printout of her cell phone records...
This is a pretty shocking incident, so im sure the City of Cleveland detectives will spend some time on this case... they have 48 hours... after 48 hours, their chances of finding the perp are slim to none...
im gonna guess that they WILL NOT find the guy... oh im sorry, i better say PERSON because im sure one of you nitpicking prejudice/racist seeking people out there will start some sexist ****...
Cleveland is just FULL of low life, low I.Q.****.....
only thing good about CLE is LeBron James...
First of all Josh...before you start passing judgement on people that live in Cleveland you should do some research...You obviously have no clue, just because someone lives in Cleveland doesn't mean they do drugs, prostitute or are just plain and simple low lives. There are many well educated people with high I.Q.'s and have good jobs that live in Cleveland. I'm not saying that there isn't scum that live here...because I know there is enough of it...I'm just saying don't judge people just because the city they live in.
