11 of 13 Cleveland firefighters plead not guilty to charges in payroll abuse case
Eleven of thirteen city firefighters pleaded not guilty this morning to theft in office and soliciting or receiving improper compensation, charges stemming from accusations that they illegally paid co-workers to cover most of their shifts.

U talk about abusing the system! There were some police in sterling heights michigan who were receiving fraudulent overtime .they were caught in January 2012. They kept their 21 jobs!unbelievable!
