Cleveland schools looking to replace their school bus fleet for $19 million

The way they do it is all or nothing. If they are going to pillage us they do it to the max. That is $84,500 per bus. Spending OUR monies like a kid in a candy store. Maybe fill the teacher void in the district before moving onto other issues. Do you think.
