2 That last sentence should be plea for dna to let you know you have family missing. The drug dealers are now very upset that this man closed their livelyhood down, a neighborhood that has naked women falling from windows accepts this as a normal fashion - how often does this get discussed in your area? The streets are talking, the graves are talking, this area is waking up - don't let the sleeping giant drift away. Teach these families to stay a little closer now, it appears the third and second generation of careless culture could use the young street soldiers to help one another at night and by day. As mentioned on the news about other serial killers they seem to come from broken homes and show otherwise productive lives in the workplace - make friends in your neighborhood today and tonight. You do not have to go to a building to be thankful for the lords work, do it at home too. The reality is nobody yet has known if these bodies were murdered or overdosed collected from the streets nearby, this is a community where naked women fall from windows and families do not report missing children - the police had to plea with folks to get dna to get some info on who these bodies really are - can you imagine the family values of the folks who just discovered their girl missing over a year and they never reported it - could she have overdosed that close to home - at this time nobody knows. But a lot of speculation now that someone who did not report the smell but reported while being with the resident Sowell he was aggressive towards her and the police come along to question him. I can not believe the grandma going to tell the grandkids they found mom dead just 4 houses away, this speaks volumes of the decaying family values. If you look on the county court public access page you will find the first 3 identified had some criminal behavior ranging from casual narcotics to weapons spec crimes, family values are being tested now, what the police need is some witness to these killings, turn down your tv set and blasting music - what location did these deaths occur? how much stuff was in them when it occurred? and who provided the stuff - what drug dealers will infect this area next? where did they go while all the yellow tape is stretched around this area? I have a friend with property on 128 near Luke and all summer the empty houses there have been hide-outs for bad activity, it would not surprise me if the cadaver dogs pointed to those, I have called and the city cuts the grass but they will not put wood over the doors to keep out the vagrants - I think 6 months or a year of martial law would get the city looking good but no politician wants to do it because they can not directly take the glimmer of the spotlight. |

I agree with you! This is a very sick monster. He made it worst for all sex offenders. Even for the sex offenders who are at low risk. I dislike this SOB!!! How did the police not know that something is wrong? How the hell did they miss this monster! I am so mad at this guy. What was his purpose to the killings? |

The reality is nobody yet has known if these bodies were murdered there or these people were collected from the streets nearby, this is a community where family values have eroded from having the nations highest ranking school district to 3d and 2nd generation careless culture, the families do not report missing children - the police had to plea with folks to get dna to get some info on who these bodies really are.
The mysterious question remains did Sowell do any of these murders? This is a community where drug culture is second nature, mayor Jackson's niece Lori reported living with him until a year ago and she is surprised of the recent discoveries involving the bodies found there, she reported Sowell took very good care of her, Sowell apparently had one of the victims as a visitor because a gentleman admits to dropping off Ms. Culver at the Sowell house, but with all the media interviews and questioning not one person has reported hearing or seeing Sowell digging any graves, burying anything, choking anybody and not a scream from any victims, Sowell had another lady visitor who said he was aggressive to her and she left - she did not complain about the smell but she filed the attempted rape charge on him bringing the police attention recently. During a week of camera interviews Sowell's neighbors talked about coming to his driveway cookout, talked with him on the streets and sat on his front steps tipping some brews probably talking about the sausage factory smell and the noisy car music that thumps around there all the time. With so many unoccupied houses broken open in this area creating hide outs for the drug culture and other bad elements who knows if the pimps did not use Sowell's place as a dumping ground for the remains of unproductive sidewalk workers, the smell is older to this area than the falling leaves blowing against the side of the buildings and the tires sitting in empty lots. The drug dealers are now very upset that this man closed their livelyhood down, it would not surprise me if the cadaver dogs pointed to those empty houses they use as hideouts, martial law would get the city looking good but no politician wants to do it because they can not directly take the glimmer of the spotlight. The victims found on the property have many visits to the court system, many more than Sowell who served 15 years for attempted rape and came out with good comments on the public release paperwork. The victims list will grow but this public information was found in the Cuyahoga public court site, it appears most of them missed the opportunity to turn into productive citizens; Tonia Carmichael, 1978 grand theft, 1982 concealed weapon, 1987 theft with specs, 1995 theft with violent specs, 2000 unauthorized motor vehicle, 2002 theft and burglary, 2003 permitting drug abuse, 2005 drug possession and soliciting. Telacia Fortson, 2001 attempt drugs, 2001 possession, 2003 possession, 2008 theft and aggravated theft Tishana Culver, 1999 attempt possession, 2000 drug possession, 2000 drug possession, 2001 attempt possession, 2003 possession and trafficking and criminal tools, 2009 escape Nancy Cobbs, 1995 drug trafficking and criminal tools, 1995 drug trafficking and criminal tools, 2000 drug possession Amelda Hunter, 1986 forgery, uttering, receiving stolen property, theft, 2001 drug possession, 2005 drug possession Crystal Dozier, 1997 attempted drug possession, 1998 drug possession, 1999 drug possession, 2000 trafficking cocaine, preparation of drugs and drug possession Michelle Mason, 1993 Break and enter, 1993 drug abuse, 1993 drug abuse, 1994 drug abuse, 1997 possession of drugs, 1998 drug possession, 1999 drug possession, 2000 soliciting after HIV positive, 2000 attempt drug possession, 2001 drug possession |

Oh wow! This make you think that we really can't afford to be so quick to judge a person. Why is it that law enforcer are targeting certain people? This is a crazy world and I want no part of it. I just need to keep my eyes on God and wait for His return to take me away from this evil and unrepentant world. |
