Oh please - we've heard this song and dance before. Every year they have some new plan - and they never work. As long as half or more of the kids come from dysfunctional, single parent welfare families nothing will change.

You would be better off to fire the school board and do a demolition on the schools. Better yet, demolish Cleveland, too much like Detroit!
