1970's #24 Race Car

Back in the early / late 70's my dad (Vernon Schrater) bought/rebuilt a race car #24 and raced it in Kansas, Oklahoma, Colorado area. He later sold it to Howard Pedigo. He raced it a few years with my dad and sold it in the late 70's. We lost track of it after that. We were told Howard sold it to someone in you area. Could you help us track the history of this car?
