It would be interesting to see What the City was billing the insurance company for....We the taxpayers will spend hundreds of thousands of dollars defending some bad decisions.

This lawsuit is at the very least....... a VERY, VERY Interesting read, harsh words appear over n over , such as.. scam, fraud, bait n switch, conspiracy ...Site Switch Scheme and a Fake Stadium Scheme, Knowing Violation Of Rights Of Another,Material Published With Knowledge Of Falsity, tortious interference, Criminal Acts..........

get ready taxpayers ... we are gonna be left holding a HUGE bag of __________ fill in your own stinky smelly messy word here) this is going to be brutal for a city full of taxpayers with no leadership that is constantly pointing fingers at one another. We have a mayor that has NO OFFICE HOURS but does receive a full time salary. How is this even acceptable to the taxpayers of zion?

NONE of the words in the article should ever be used when describing a city official !!!!

SHAME on city hall !!!!!

p.s. If the taxpayers listen closely they will hear the sound of the city swirling the drain as no new business has a chance to move in, no new developement (remember all TIF grant funds are owed to the hotel project) and guaranteed by the TIF fund grant according to certain lawsuits filed at the court. What happened to the TIF grant committee??? Were they part of this???

If you are a taxpayer in zion it would be in your best interest to read up on the NUMEROUS lawsuits that are currently pending against the city and the questionable acts of the leaders that are being is all VERY INFORMATIVE.
