They should take these 3 lowlifes from the cesspool, do absolutely horrible, unspeakable things to them while fully conscious, then handcuff them in a mini van and let it go over a cliff into a phosphate pit full of filthy water while the "remarkable" humans that raised them to be such "wonderful" people get to watch their loved ones suffer and die. Trash like this do not even deserve a trial.

This was an awful thing to have happen to her. In her mind and dreams she will relive this over and over. I have heard of the families of at least one or two of the men accused and they just like most of us hard working good people trying to do the best they can by the children they raise. What a nightmare for them too. Noone wins in this mess. all ask why and how could this have taken place. It could have been me. I was up and had been out walking my dog at that same time. It's just bad all around.

What angers me the most is the fact that these losers families stood in the courtroom while an attorney asked that they be let out on bail? I wouldn't admit they were my children - never mind ask that they be let out! Anyone who can rape, rob, beat and leave any person, ecspecially an elderly person, for dead has no place in society! Jail is even to good for them.

google it Carl Penoyer/Elaine Harrington

contact the Judge and find out why Siracusa

Wow they still haven't been to trial for this..this is crazy, how long is this gonna be post poned that poor woman should get some kind of justice for this crap!! I can't understand why in the world people would EVER want to hurt an elderly woman or person for that matter.they should pick on ppl there OWN age so they can get their a$$es handed to them rather than picking on someone that can't really defend themselves to what 3 or 4 younger ppl!this judge needs to get a move on with this case and give this woman some justice!!!

What's good for these criminals is ... 10'x10' barb-wire-cages in the Mohave desert; open tent and blanket. Bread and water and nothing else. Total isolation.

I know that the man charged with taking Elaine's money did NOT take a single penny. The ones who really did take her money are getting away with it.
The grandkids never received anything from her estate, because the wrong people got it first. The man charged tried to make sure they did get her money, but it was the DCF and sheriff who made it look like it was being stolen. The state of FL ended up with most of it along with some lawyers and guardians. This is a political case NOT a legal one. I have watched and listened and hope he is found not guilty, because he is NOT GUILTY!

Funny that court reporter only mentions that the man did not get any of Elaines' money. That's because someone at the bank felt something fishy was going on when he tried to cash a check for over $100K. Poor baby, I can only hope he is found guilty and sent into the deepest depths of jail that the State of Florida can provide for this deranged con man so he can't find another victim to prey on.

TO:wheels of justice,
Well whoever you are in WI (or is it AZ) you have NO clue as to the real story of whats going on. NEVER at ANY time did this man EVER try to cash ANY checks of this woman. NOT even for one cent, whoever you are you seem to have no real info. But if you are the same NUT CASE from AZ that was trying to get info from people involved with this case by pretending to be EILEEN MITCHELL and lying about what is the truth. You are the one that was thrown out of the court house for acting nuts and wearing disquises. You need to get a real life and leave others alone. When the trial comes up I hope you are there because they will have a suprise for you. Then we will see who is sent to the depths of the FL prisons. How would someone in WI know whats going on in FL anyway??????????

Funny that , "That Man" pled guilty at his hearing. I wonder what type of plea bargain he took. Surely nothing as horrible as he made Mrs. Harrington suffer the last few months of her life. Maybe Court watcher could put their time to better use, such as picking up garbage, like the kind that keep spewing out of their mouth. Oh, and for the record, I know the defendent and his most of his nutty family for over 17 years. Instead of of beating up the elderly, maybe he should pay his child support, which is now over 100K+, so his kids can go to school. He recently purchased a newer truck, motorcycle, land, mobilehomes, and lord knows what else, too bad his kids had too suffer while he lives the life of Riley. Have fun, wherever you land, creep....

RE: Wheels of justice, don't know where you get your info, but the guy did NOT plead guilty. The lawyer he was assigned said he should go to trial but the guy said it was putting his family members through to much trouble so he just said no contest to the charges. It is so sad that you can't seem to get any of your (FACTS-LOL) straight. In all my days of reporting you are the worst piece of S#!T on the planet. Making up lies about someone and putting it on the internet. I hope he sees your comments and sues your stupid a$$ for all he could get. OH ya, just how would you know any of the members of his family??? Or is that just more lies.

Everyone knows that no contest is just about the same thing as guilty, and if he truly is not guilty, why not go to trial??? Surely, his reputation is more valuable, than ANOTHER strike against him. By the way, all I speak is from personal knowledge and a reliable 3rd party.

Wheels of justice, Court watcher, News to me. You guys ( or gals ) maybe all the same person, are really brainwashed. In a court of law, it is generally understood that a plea of " no contest " is the same as pleading GUILTY. He's just trying to make a deal. Oh ! by the way, did the con-artist take his mothers walker with him to court again ????

My final word on Carl Penoyer: I've known him my entire life, and while I haven't had contact with him in recent years I've grown to see what an evil person he really is. How he's managed to evade justice and regain his freedom after every offense he has committed so far is unconscionable. Some offenses against me, some against people I care about, some against people I've never even known. I hope sincerely that we do not just slap his wrist yet again and allow him to continue to have the freedom that all of us earn by being decent people rather than hurting others to get ahead.
