Zephyrhill's Walmart needs to keep the handicapped people in mind

What a nightmare at Walmarts this morning. Worst nightmare shopping trip in my life. This has happened before and probably will keep happening but If you are handicapped or disabled do not shop the early morning hours of 5 am to 6:30 am.
Upon arrival there were about 12 to 15 Walmart employees scattered on the front of the store outside front area near the grocery smoking and sitting on the ground and what have you. They were a site to behold.
Then entering the store I got my handicapped cart (Thank you Walmart for providing this to us even though it is useless on this trip) and proceeded to shop at least I thought I was going to. It was horrible there were pallets of things in many aisles and shopping carts that were empty in front of food items and employees pulling stcck to the front of the shelf sitting on the floor.
There was a floor scrubber guy shining the floor who seemed to be everywhere I tried to go and look at any food. I mean I would be looking at a shelf of food I could reach and there he is waiting for me to move so he could shine the floor. I would go to another aisle and there he would be again.
The worst was the whole section where the double doors are near the cheese all the way down to the end of the section where the meat ends there was pallet after pallet after pallet. You could not even if you were a person who could walk around in the store get anything. There was another person on a disability cart and she had the exact same thing to say. We have to come early to get a charged cart because after 10 am it is useless there are none so you sit and wait and hope for one to come along. I have to say I do appreciate Walmarts for the carts.
I do understand that groceries need to be replenished. I do understand that the floor needs to shine. I do understand the stock needs to be rotated. What I don't understand is Why ALL the pallets have to be brought out all at one time left to sit for however long so no one can get any items they need to purchase. Perhaps the disability act does not mean anything to Walmarts employees and management. Shame on you Walmart. I wish I had a camera this morning or even better maybe the news media could take pictures and show the people all over Florida how we rate in you store.
Oh and one nice man in the produce section which was not blocked asked if I was finding everything all right and I said I wish I could get to the items I need and he asked do you need help reaching something ad I said yes all the way through the store and he said they should have been done by now and he kept on walking with that I left the store.
