This little town hadn't seen a president since Harry Truman stopped here - that is, until the other day, 10 administrations, three wars and more than 14,000 days later, when Bill Clinton stood up on a flatbed ...

PLEASE help put an end to BUBBA'S CRUSADE to get back in the Whitehouse!

The Clinton's with all their "republican scare tactics" and negative campaigning have lost the respect of even some of their closest allies and dearest friends.

Hill's promises of universal healthcare will never get through the house and senate, none of the republicans will help to pass ANY of Hill's plans. It's just another pandering lie for all of you less intelligent people to buy into, so you'll vote for her & Bill! Her "gas tax holiday" (that was actually McCain's idea first), wouldn't even be voted on in the house & senate, and if it was; it would fail! If they really cared and wanted this; they needed to introduce it months ago, and even then; it would've failed!

Hillary follows McCain's lead, too often! Those "reagan democrats" that voted for her in PA, won't vote for Billary over McCain in the fall!

..........Bill really hopes all of this works out, so he can hire interns for Hill, conduct 'whale tail' thong inspections, and he might even get to play secretary with a cigar again!

..........Who knows?

He wants this more than she does; why do you think he has 9 campaign stops in NC?

Help end the madness!

Vote Obama!

I admire you for sticking with Hillary! I find it sad that so many Hillary supporters of the past have deserted her. If she was so admired before, why are so many now deserting the Clinton Camp?

Wow, I've just read your two "comments" and I'm wondering what sort of drugs you are taking. Bush/McCain wants to stay in Iraq indefinitely (100 years) and Clinton wants out now. Yet somehow you feel that this is the same thing.
She voted FOR the war, she has voted for every dollar Bush has asked for to continue the war and she has stated that instead of diplomacy, she would nuke Iran as well. She is a warmongerer. She is BUSH 3.

I'm not sure that Hillary was very popular with most people, but I think she would make a strong leader. I think that a fair amount of her past supporters have been mesmerized by the shiny new toy that is Obama. People are fickle.

It would have been interesting to see how Bill Clinton would have handled 9/11. I imagine a big crying speach, a few cruise missles headed towards afganistan and a whole lot of nothing.

He was a great president. But something certainly has changed with ole 3 dollar bill. Hes been spreading around seeds and dissing minorities. This is not the Bill Clinton I voted for. This is someone else. And the campaign they have mounted against Barack....how could you...

Bill Clinton is not campaigning for his wife; he is campaigning for himself. He is campaigning for a third term, and the so-called "working class" is buying this obvious deception. He and his wife amassed 109m dollars in eight years, now Hilary wants to top it with another 109m dollars in the next eight years. This is all that their campaign is about. And the poor people are helping them. This is what is called the false consciousness of the proletarians, who often allow politicians to put veils on their critical reason.
What is the "so-called working class"? Dr. Jesse are you a socialist or communist?

I don't think Bill has changed at all. I think he is doing what he thinks he needs to do to help his wife get the nomination. I don't agree that he has been "dissming" minorities. The only questionable comment that I remember was his remark comparing Obama's win in South Carolina with Jesse Jackson's win there when he ran for the presidency.

I can't speak for you, but once this nomination is settled, I think a lot of (former) Bill Clinton supporters will return to the fold. He's quite a guy!

With Rush Limbaugh’s Operation Chaos – where the right-wing talk show host urged his listeners to “bloody up” Obama by voting for Clinton in the primaries – is under criminal investigation in Ohio for violating that state’s election law. With Clinton winning Indiana by a mere 22,000 votes (which had an open primary and she was the overwhelming choice of Republicans), she can thank Rush for giving her that margin of victory – hardly a comforting thought.~~~~~~
“OBAMA RECEIVED A HUGH BLACK TURNOUT”:~~~ Despite talk of a “polarized” Democratic electorate along racial or class lines.~~~~~~
“OBAMA RECEIVED A 14 POINT VICTORY”:~~~ Obama made in-roads last night with Hillary Clinton’s base that will help him win the general election. With his 14-point victory in the last primary state that had over 100 delegates.~~~~~~
“OBAMA ERASED Hillary’s POPULAR VOTE!”~~~ Obama sealed the nomination and erased the “popular vote” gains that Clinton had achieved in Pennsylvania. Clinton’s two-point victory in Indiana – only made possible by Rush Limbaugh urging his listeners to vote for her – did not offset her inevitable loss, as the mainstream media proclaimed it a “momentum-killer” for her campaign.~~~~~~
“CLINTON Cancelled” PUBLIC APPEARANCES”:~~~ Clinton has cancelled all of her public appearances today, giving Democrats the chance to rally around Obama – who is now the presumptive nominee.~~~~~~
THE “PRESS / MEDIA:”~~~~: While anyone who did the math could have told you in early March that Obama had an insurmountable delegate lead, the press kept insisting that Clinton could still win the nomination because some states had yet to vote.
But last night, nearly half of the remaining pledged delegates were allocated – and Obama won a big victory in North Carolina, the biggest state left with 115 delegates.
According to blogger Chris Bowers, Obama won 63 delegates in the Tar Heel State to Clinton’s 52 ~~~~~Indiana gave Clinton 38 to Obama’s 34.~~~~~~~~~
In other words, Clinton fell even further behind in a race where the states are quickly running out. She may still win smaller states like West Virginia, Kentucky and Puerto Rico – but they will be offset by Obama victories in Oregon, Montana and South Dakota.~~~~~~~~~
