You also need to go to your search engine and delete your blogs and negative comments, for example when you stated that Dr. Metcalf is a fraud. When this is completed we will all consider this matter closed. my friend got this letter with no name but the address is 8001-E N. Mesa #258 El Paso,Texas 79932 with this number two five four two zero three zero one zero eight. the email:[e-mail]. i've noticed other people had [e-mail]. SOUNDS LIKE BULLSHIT!!! i hope others look and find like my friend did...but that's what makes me a good friend cuz i took the time to research for him before he thought of giving up $3000,00.

Just to let you know all, he work on our case since August 2008 and now my husband has been cleared, other attorneys ask us for up to $50K upfront to try to solve our case others told us there was no solution. Without Jeff's help, I do not know what have we done, I do not know how he did it, but I am glad we found him. Believe me, I can not tell you how greatefull I am of Jeff's work.

I do not understand the attack on me -- when the very first comment I made on this matter I gave my website address and merely reported the facts. I continue to stand on everything I have written. I first received a letter from one of our students in a prison here in Texas asking about this man. I tried to contact Dr. Metcalf and couldn't find anything other than this blog. I made my first comment and then I received a telephone call -- because someone had looked at our website and gotten the telephone numbers, fax numbers and so forth relating the same experience. An unsolicited letter to a loved one in prison and I made my further comments. If Dr. Metcalf is on the up-and-up, I wish he would contact us because we have over 5,000 men and women in prisons in 47 states and I am confident many would want legitimate help. Otherwise, I don't expect to hear from him.

To the Texas Preacher, we ask you to provide information about your self on this forum. We know that you weren’t named on your birth record Texas Preacher; you should also know that real preachers do not participate on gossip forums. When your friend Ha Ha, jess admitted that he lied on this forum trying to ruin the reputation of a good man, you as a so-called preacher should have only responded back to say that you were pleased the dr was vindicated. From your last comments you prove that you are an ungodly man because you continue to look for an opportunity to say negative things. If he does not contact you it could be that you and others were not referred to his services. What I am trying to say Texas Preacher there is an element of people in this world who are only concerned about negativity. If I were you I would stick with the bible and leave the reporting and gossip for us. I don't know where Dr. Metcalf can go to get his good name restored but we as reporters are stating again that Dr. Metcalf has been vindicated he is a good, honest, god-fearing, licensed through IRS, has a legitimate organization, with several phone numbers, emails, addresses, and websites etc. that has been authenticated by reporters. Our investigation proves that he has given thirty years of public service and is in good standing. It is time to move on to something else on this gossip forum. We have proven that this gossip forum has eight people that have lied for the sake of lying about Dr. Metcalf or his mitigation services. We contacted thirty families that he has worked with from all backgrounds and they have all stated positive things about him and his organization. As reporters if they weren’t true we would be the first to tell you.

To: Friend who got this letter no. 83 and no. 84 after viewing your comments we investigated and we now know what your email address is. We contacted Dr. Metcalf's office, he told us there is only one family in Nevada who has a family member incarcerated, that his agency is in contact with. He's telling us that he discussed the fees with this family and they could not afford his services. What the family does not know is that he has continued working on this case and has a review date in three months. Who ever put this on this forum owes him an apology. We also ask his office for information on this case, I don't think the family would be pleased if the crime your family member committed was published on this public forum. This is the reason we as reporters have gotten involved, this is an example of Dr. Metcalf mitigating a case and the family felt that because they did not have the funds it was ok to bad mouth the agency, but again the case is being worked on with out pay. We will continue to monitor and investigate every comment on this gossip forum. So that readers will know what the truth is.

If you went to the website given on my very first posting you would not only know the name that appears on my birth certificate, but also see various pictures of me. My name is Donald Ned Hicks, and if you find anything that is untrue or that is gossip in what I have posted, please call it to everyone's attention. And I have my serious doubts that you are a reporter -- as I doubt Reporter Five is what appears on your birth certificate. The only thing negative that I have posted is that I received a letter from one of our students who received a letter from this man and then a telephone call from another family member who had a relative receive a letter. Does it bother you that I listen a website and telephone numbers and your friend doesn't seem to be willing to do so? Frankly, I am glad that those speaking for him have at least improved their typing skills and I also found it most interesting that you sought to scare someone by saying "Dr." Metcalf was going to release the names, numbers, and institutions of someone. Tsk, tsk. That is not only not professional, it is certainly immoral. Do you want to talk about such things...really? Who are you really?

I JUST RECIVED A LETTER ABOUT MY HUSBANDS TIME IN PRISON AND WAS REALLY INTERESTED IN THE HELP,, BUT AFTER READING ALL THESE BLOGS HERE IM NO LONGER INTERESTED IN THE HELP..... Yeah, I find it a bit suspicious that you can find anything out about anyone in the ENTIRE WORLD, yet this forum is the only thing you can find on this "Dr." clown.

Remember Bernie madoff? People knew exactly who he was, where he worked, and where he lived yet was still able to con billions out of people, and absolutely nothing can be found about this guy(except for this forum of course).
