The challenge to the procedures used in the denial of parole necessarily implicates the validity of the denial of parole and, therefore, the prisoner's continuing confinement. This explains how the innocent are convicted by faulty eyewitness testimony, police perjury, expert witnesses, prosecutorial misconduct, etc. and how DNA testing is used to free the innocent. This is the reason our agency will continue to be a voice for the prisoners and their families. We know that there are individuals who do not agree or share our views and will say anything to dis-credit our agency. This will always be a part of our freedom act as well as freedom of speech. For the record all authorities know how to reach incorporations for licensing, questions, etc. They are also charging citizens for false reporting and deliberately making false allegations.

I spent fourteen years as President of AMERICAN PRISON MINISTRY and today our Church is providing Bible correspondence courses for over 5,000 prisoners nationwide. I have never heard of Dr. Jeffrey Metcalfe, Sr. until tonight while answering mail and one of our students asked me to see what I could find out about him. Seems he received one of these infamous letters from Dr. Metcalfe and didn't know how the good doctor knew anything about him...much less his name and DOC number. I have never written anyone wanting to be an advocate for them and I am very suspicious of anyone who does this. Again, let me say that I do not know anything about Dr. Metcalfe; but am not impressed with his tactics. Anyone can visit our web site at www.communitybiblechapelofspur.org and see who we are and what we do and not wonder. We have a physical address, telephone and fax numbers...and buildings. My degrees are also listed and so I wonder about those who don't offer this information and write people "out of the blue" wanting to represent them for an "offering."

Go with your gut instinct and don't fall for Mr. Skip all over the place and won't answer the questions himself, has someone actually pretend to be him!!! One lie leads to lie number 2 and then lie number 3 and so on and so on!!!

For Everybody that is worried about if he's real, or saying he is a Con, He is NOT! I will stand up and support this man. He has came all the way to Texas to meet with my family. Let me introduce myself: My name is Kendall D. Cicchetti, I am the church counselor for Christian Faith Fellowship church located in Tonopah, Arizona at 34821 West Broadway rd 85354.
I have known Dr. JeffreyMetcalf for over three years. I am a member of the church board as is my wife. Dr. Metcalfe is the most christian like man I have ever met!
Besides his duties as a clergyman he also handles legal duties for members of the congregation and anyone else who needs it.
We offer counseling for members of the church, Prisons, high schools, middle and grade schools in the area as needed.
Our pastor also is head of the Tonopah Valley Community Care Center: which is a designated Red Cross Shelter area, a Clothing and Food ministry, and Thanksgiving and Christmas food drives (last year we serviced over 450 families at Christmas)
People in Yuma may recall that last year the Red Cross set up a shelter after a bad storm hit Yuma one of the responders who was trained by the Red Cross at our church responded (my Wife)
we are a multi cultural, multi denomination church with the only requirement being that you believc in Jesus Christ as your savior. I am Catholic, my wife is Pentacostal and we have Baptist, other Catholics, and Pentacostals as well as others who do not profess a chosen religion in our membership.
We are also proud that we have American Indians, Mexican Americans, Afro-Americans and White Americans as members. ALL ARE WELCOME to our worship services at 9:30am on Sundays.
The lies being spread by one person because the pastor would note help his kin and the hounding of him by Channel 13 are not fair and Definately NOT TRUE!
My wife and I are ex-law enforcement officers and while we do not agree on all things I would trust DR. JEFFREY METCALFE SR. with my life as well as the lives of my wife and daughter.

For those who question CFFM it is a True Christian Church, and Dr. Metcalfe is a true Christian man.

I am sorry to be responding to this post so late but I have friends who have been dealing with Jeff Metcalfe and his mitigation services for nearly a year now and couple of months ago we called his number because we had not heard any news from him in a while. What we got was a recording stating that his number is no longer in service and there was not a new number given so that we may contact him about our case progress. I am very disturbed by all the things I have been reading about Jeff and would really like to know if anyone has a difinitive answer about his legitimacy. We have sent him money and that is upsetting but the thing that bothers me the most is that he gave us very positive reports about the release of our loved one from jail and if they were fake reports we are going to be SO heartbroken. I would really appreciate a response from Sarah Beck about these allegations and new contact information since she seems to speak for Jeff himself, but a response from anyone with difinitive information would be greatly, greatly appreciated.

I am writing to tell my story in order that it may help others decide on the ligitimacy of Jeff Metcalfe. We have been working with Jeff for many months now and he is currently working on two cases for us one of which he is doing Pro Bono. Jeff has always answered our phone calls promptly no matter what time we call and he has made more progress in this short time than the two lawyers that we hired in the past who charged twice as much for thier time. One of our family members recently had surgery and was not well for a while. Jeff made it a point to call frequently to inquire about her health and progress. So naturally when we suddenly were unable to contact him by the phone number we had and the mail we sent was returned to us and weeks passed without word from him, we were confused but not yet worried until I looked up his name on the internet and I found this site. I wrote a few days ago after reading many disturbing and inconsistant posts about Jeff. I emailed him using the new contact information he provided and not only did he email me back immediatly he also called us. He was very upfront and honest with his answers to our questions and had never stopped working on our cases. We all must come to our own conclusions but I am going to take the sound advice of 'A Loving Mother' and trust my gut feeling. Jeff Metcalfe is Not a fraud. It is easy to maliciously or even inadvertantly ruin a person's reputation(which we all work very hard to build and uphold) with a few emotional or thoughless remarks.
