I agree. The shame of his supporters to even asked for donation so Noel Chua can hire a lawyer to defend himself. HUH. Filipino children are dying like flies in the Philippines. Instead of giving donation to this RICH DOCTOR, why not send it to help feed the street children. Or hire lawyers to look into the cases of children who are now in jail becoz the stole food so they can live? huhuhu...nobody did this to the good doctor than HE HIMSELF....bein a man of good (?) education...what was he thinkin WHEN HE PRESCRIBED THOSE DRUGS. I just hope that the case goes into trial soon. What is taking so long? If the Doc is found guilty, I hope he gets what he deserves. But if he is found innocent, I hope he gets compensated for the salary he's lost for sitting in jail waiting for a trial all this time. If the prosecutor did mess up, I hope he gets the Nifong treatment.

can somebody tell me if rumor is true that Dr Noel Chua is a closet gay. And what was the reason why his sister left his house with his adopted children? During the time that James Carter lived in his house, were there others who come and go? Did the doctor prescribed narcotics to other people beside carter, and if he did, were they illegally prescribed too? Its important to prove a PATTERN OF BEHAVIOR as this is crucial to accuse him of racketeering. He wont be able to practise medicine again and can he be deported back to his country after he served his sentence.

Again, what is taking so long for the trial to start?
Last I heard is that Jury selection will be on Oct.9th and the trial will start 1 week after the jury is selected. The prosecution has ask for a jury pool of 250 instead of the usual 125.. he also wants the names sealed. Dr.Chua's attorney says he believes the case will go to trial this time.. I have read the federal recommendations to the state and the expert witnesses findings on Dr.Chua's actions and they are in full support of Dr.Chua's method of treating Jamie Carter. The prosecution has a very large hill to climb to get a conviction in his case. I live for the day Dr.Chua walks out of that courtroom a free man, and then Catie bar the doors, let the law suits begin..
