Now this is funny. The photos are even funnier. Their moms and dads would be proud of them in a Girls Gone Wild video. Now they can be really proud that they have booking photos gone wild.

Why is Nassau County so anti-adult porn/anti-sex toy/anti-sex/anti-nudity/anti- gay? Why do people feel the need to tell adults what to do in an exclusively adult environment? All these ordinances like against places like Adam and Eve, bars, etc. are all motivated by religious beliefs. Why can places like bars and Adam and Eve not be within a certain amount of feet of a church? Criminal penalties are harsher if someone is caught with drugs within a certain amount of feet of a church. What's up with that? What about separation of church and state? Why do churches get all these special rights and protections? A bar across the street from a church is not going to cause the church to fall. The bar should have rights too? Why is a church given more respect than a bar when both are on separate private properties? People should just live and let live (not talking about the drug part). I know many in this area don't share my pro-gay stance but I'm sure many of the straight Yulee boys have no problems with women topless nor do I? They don't do anything for me but I think a woman should be able to be shirtless if a man can be. Women not being able to go topless is gender discrimination. It's the human body for crying out loud! For the religionists out there: Eve was nude. Nassau tried to ban Adam and Eve, then passed an ordinance against similar future businesses, then talked about banning adult porn, and now they hate Girls Gone Wild. What's up with all that?

Uh, they broke the law. Don't see how this is a knock on Nassau County But keep going with your tedious and monotonous angle

The problem with those type of ordinance is that they don't treated establishments in an equal manner. They let certain establishments have more privilege than others. In some places these types of laws have been found unconstitutional.

I know conservatives use the argument: "a crime is a crime" against hate crime laws. Well I'm going to use that same argument against those who do, possess, sale, deal, and deliver drugs: It's illegal. So why are there harsher penalties if someone commits a drug crime within a certain amount of feet of a church, school, etc.? What difference does it make. They should be charged with drugs, not all this other sh*t.

Not neccessarily always the case, especially if the law is challenged and found to be unconstitutional. Majority rules within reason. No law should limit what consenting adults do in the privacy among consenting adults. Women being treated differently than men under the law is gender discrimination. Majority was against blacks having rights even when they achieved them. Majority doesn't always rule when it comes to infringing on the rights of a minority. If that were the case gays wouldn't have a hate crime law protecting them or marriage in some states. There are limits and restrictions to everything, including majority rules. If the majority ruled it was okay to rob places it would most likely not pass. Majority rules, freedom of speech, etc. only go so far.

In Georgia the majority of people are not for the Sunday restrictions on alcohol sale and many other alcohol restriction laws but Governor Sonny Perdue has his religion beliefs/stubbornness and doesn't care what the majority wants in this case so majority does not always rule even when it's a good thing they want or bad law they want to do away with. Politicians, the rich, big business, and the churches rule our country right now. It's no longer for the people, by the people.
