It is my business and the medical people that take care of me. PERIOD! Not your business nor my neighbors nor the Presidents!<quoted text>
If you do not have anything to hide, then what is the problem?

I do but it's usually women that get upset about the privacy of their bodies and abortions is why I used that. And you are right. It is no ones business except yours and the doctor. We have a right to privacy.
These people better hope republicans don't use their private info against them like this administration has done to republicans.

With Obamacareâs massive Patient Data Hub poised to open soon, a sloppy mistake by an Obamacare employee hasnât exactly inspired confidence that Americansâ private information will be closely guarded by Obamacareâs powers-that-be. As the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports (and Andrew Johnson highlights at NRO), an Obamacare exchange employee in Minnesota accidentally sent out an email containing 2,400 Americansâ Social Security numbers.
The Star Tribune writes:
âA MNsure employee accidentally sent an e-mail file to an Apple Valley insurance brokerâs office on Thursday that contained Social Security numbers, names, business addresses and other identifying information on more than 2,400 insurance agents.
âAn official at MNsure, the stateâs new online health insurance exchange, acknowledged it had mishandled private data. A MNsure security manager called the broker, Jim Koester, and walked him and his assistant through a process of deleting the file from their computer hard drives.
âKoester said he willingly complied, but was unnerved.
ââThe more I thought about it, the more troubled I was,â he said.âWhat if this had fallen into the wrong hands? Itâs scary. If this is happening now, how can clients of MNsure be confident their data is safe?ââ
The Star Tribune continues:
âUsers of the exchange will need to provide sensitive information, including Social Security numbers, that will be sent to a federal hub to verify such things as citizenship and household incomeâ¦.
âAll states and the federal government, which also is setting up exchanges for some states, are scurrying to get the complex system running in less than three weeks.

If the freely sharing of a person's health records, they could be shared with many people like your work place. Even if a health problem does not affect the way you do your job but decide a way to use your health problem to let a person go or keeps you from getting hired. There are many reasons why now the laws is to protect your right of privacy between you and your doctors.

I guess those privacy notices that every doctor hands out is invalid now, huh?
I guess those vaginal wands that Repubs insist on without your doctor's advice is hunky dorry! Most women say their akin to rape by forcing a woman ro be vaginaly penertrated not at her reguest but by Republican legislature in Red States!

Yes, the ACA is a resounding failure just as you say.
Everywhere in California people are refusing to sign
up for it. Choosing to remain uninsured. Wishing
the premiums were higher like they used to be.
And confused by the simplicity of standardized policies.
Too bad it's only a failure there.

Privacy ain't a right. If you have smallpox,
everyone needs to know.
#47283 Sep 17, 2013
Yep, according to Obamacare, not Republicans. That Big Ear'd, Purple Lip, Freak of Nature wants to know just how much of a community bicycle you were and still are as well as how many riders you had and may still have, how many infected you or you infected, how many knocked you up and how many children you had murdered like the one you told us about because of being the community bicycle.
Because of Obamacare, you no longer have a right to privacy.

Wrong, President Putin and Assad said it was the Rebels and I believe them over the Purple Lip Kenyan that has proved to be a compulsive liar at every turn.

Syrian rebels try to overrun Christian village...
The hit-and-run attacks on the ancient village of Maaloula, one of the few places in the world where residents still speak Aramaic, highlighted fears among Syrias religious minorities about the growing role of extremists among those fighting in the civil war to topple President Bashar Assads regime.
The fighting in Maaloula, a scenic village of about 3,300 perched high in the mountains, began early Wednesday when militants from Jabhat al-Nusra stormed in after a suicide bomber struck an army checkpoint guarding the entrance.
The group listed as a terrorist organization by the U.S. State Department is one of the most effective fighting forces among Syrian rebels. The suicide attack triggered battles that terrorized residents in the village, famous for two of the oldest surviving monasteries in Syria Mar Sarkis and Mar Takla.
The attack highlights fears among Syrian Christians that the alternative to Assads regime, made up mostly of Alawites followers of an offshoot of Shiite Islam would not tolerate minority religions. The nun who spoke to AP said there were reports that the militants threatened villagers with death if they did not convert.

Also buried was Obama waived a law that now allows him to arm terrorists, which means he knows he's arming terrorists and just made it legal to do so. You can't make this shit up, but they will find something to pull out of their asses to defend that too.

President Obama waived a provision of federal law designed to prevent the supply of arms to terrorist groups to clear the way for the U.S. to provide military assistance to "vetted" opposition groups fighting Syrian dictator Bashar Assad.
Some elements of the Syrian opposition are associated with radical Islamic terrorist groups, including al Qaeda, which was responsible for the Sept. 11 attacks in New York, Washington, D.C., and Shanksville, Pa., in 2001. Assad's regime is backed by Iran and Hezbollah.
The president, citing his authority under the Arms Export Control Act, announced today that he would "waive the prohibitions in sections 40 and 40A of the AECA related to such a transaction."
Those two sections prohibit sending weaponry to countries described in section 40(d): "The prohibitions contained in this section apply with respect to a country if the Secretary of State determines that the government of that country has repeatedly provided support for acts of international terrorism," Congress stated in the Arms Control Export Act.
"For purposes of this subsection, such acts shall include all activities that the Secretary determines willfully aid or abet the international proliferation of nuclear explosive devices to individuals or groups or willfully aid or abet an individual or groups in acquiring unsafeguarded special nuclear material," the law continues.
The law allows the president to waive those prohibitions if he "determines that the transaction is essential to the national security interests of the United States."
Under section 40(g) of the AECA, the Obama team must also provide Congress â at least 15 days before turning over the weapons â "the name of any country involved in the proposed transaction, the identity of any recipient of the items to be provided pursuant to the proposed transaction, and the anticipated use of those items," along with a list of the weaponry to be provided, when they will be delivered, and why the transfer is key to American security interests.
Sen. Bob Corker, R-Tenn., and Sen. Carl Levin, D-Mich., endorsed providing military assistance to the Syrian opposition during an appearance on CBS' "Face the Nation" Sunday.
"Our intelligence agencies, I think, have a very good handle on who to support and who not to support," Corker said. "And there's going to be mistakes. We understand some people are going to get arms that should not be getting arms. But we still should be doing everything we can to support the free Syrian opposition."

WarForOil starts thread but... forgets that he has been DISMISSED because no one else is interested in his ignorance so they do not join in...
Means WarForOil has been DISMISSED by all other posters too, ROFLMAO...

Comment from another poster about WarForOil and other queers like him... too funny to miss, lol.
"Suck It" is no different than War for Oil, Faith Healer/Snark Hunter, or any other internet troll. He's lost, friendless, financially strapped and socially inept. He's probably got Tourette's or some other illness that makes his job choices slim, and he's too lazy to pursue the ones he does have. He's obviously acting out to get attention, and focusing his anger, for some reason I haven't yet determined, against black people. The fact that blacks have had to fight so hard to get to the place in our society and culture which so many of them now occupy probably makes him ashamed of his own lack of ambition."

LOL! Sharon, if the government wanted to know yours and your families medical history, all they would have to do is read this forum.

You continue to have the same right to privacy
you've always enjoyed. Just like it says in
the Sacred Constitution and the Founding Father's

Just back from the doctor. Asked him about the right to privacy and Obamacare. He said the same standards are still in effect concerning privacy and will be after October 1 and beyond.
You know Obamacare is going to be a good thing and like EVERY OTHER GOVERNMENT PROGRAM that has been implemented in US history like Social Security and Medicare will have to be adjusted after implementation. But the basic premise is GOOD.
If Obamacare was so bad as the Rethugs are saying, they would not be fighting it so hard. They would just sit back and say 'we told you' and pick up votes in the next election.
But their not doing that.
Let them shut down government over Obamacare, it will just hasten their parties demise.
