Unintelligent: good name. Top secret is a type of clearance needed to do certain jobs over here. Re: The FBI thing, the TS rating would have been denied. The comment "abandons his wife”. Well I guess I'm here with thousands of others that have abandoned the wives and families. A friend of mine here died the two days ago while in your words “he abandoned his wife”.

Hmm Kim or her husband must have gotten another ticket.

Wonder if Jerry will ever be smart enough to find the countersurveillance equipment those bastards are using on him? The camera they mounted in the air vent and moved into the electrical outlet was too easy find. Wonder how much they paid the PI to tail him for 2 weeks? I bet that wasn't cheap. And that Iphone tracking device, clever.

Bill if you really have a " Top Secret" Security Clearance why are you bragging about it? I'm pretty sure no one cares that you have a security clearance. Isn't have a security clearance a "need to know" basis? You act like your a soldier. Let's make this clear. YOU ARE A CIVILIAN CONTRACTOR. Key word here is CIVILIAN.

He really needs to go. Shows how selfish he is not to quit. He is more concerned about himself than what is best for his department and the city. He will be known as the man who ran his PD into the ground if he doesn't leave now!

He'd probably quit , but on his own terms, not terms like you and others dictate. I bet he'd like to get out of here. but maybe he's not as cowardly as you. It's easy to decide what's right for him. Would you do the same if this was you? If you have issues, come to City Hall, express your concerns to the City Council. Oh, no! You'd have to expose yourself and you don't have the guts to do that.

There is no way I'd stay at a job that I was running into the ground and I was unwanted. He will quit but on his own terms?? That just proves my statement that he is selfish. If I thought it would do any good I would go to the council. City Hall is a joke. The City manager is friends with the Chief and has said he will not fire the Chief for any reason.

He's running it info the ground? sounds like someone within the department is writing this, or telling you things which runs the Dept in the ground. Let's think about this. He quits, a new chief comes in and the officers don't get their way. Only a matter of time before the new guy gets the same treatment. Koester needs to clean houseof those guys who are causing this crap. There's probably only a few who don't like things because they think they know how to run things better. Hope they hire one of those already in the place.. Then watch the fireworks!

Assume what you want. You only see things black and white. You must be the city manager or the chief. So... You've been called out. So which is it?

Wonder if the city manager and the chief even read this trash? Don't even know them. Speak for yourself. Black and white. You must be one of the police officers or someone they've been talking to. You must be someone who'll believe anything You too have been called out. So which one is you?

I'm not a city employee. And you are actually saying that I'm getting my info from someone inside his department? I own a business... One that the Chief is in often. I hear what he says and thinks etc. My "inside" source comes straight from the horses mouth! So stop trying to take the attention from yourself and place it on someone else. You know what you have said. People are tired of it and it's come full circle on you. So stay and deal with it or leave!

You want him to resign, now you're telling him to stay and deal with it? Sounds like he's doing just that. Why would you be so concerned if you don't work there?

That PD is running itself into the ground with the officers that should be patrolling our neighborhoods. Do the officers really need to be babysat by the Chief?? When he does make rules and try to enforce them within the department he gets ridiculous claims filed against him in return.. Like not long ago several Officers were going to a certain Piedmont dispatchers house while on duty and watching sports, drinking and having a good time. The things is, they were all stupid enough to post there pics on Facebook in uniform.. This along with driving the dispatcher around on personal errands while on duty and in city cruisers. When the Chief found out about the wrong doings going on in the Department he called in everyone involved. He told them to stop what they were doing and that it looked bad for the Community, Department and the City. Within 24 hours he had a "complaint' filed against him from the dispatcher. For what? Breaking up the party? Making the officers do the job that they are paid to do and not use city issued vehicles for someone else's personal use? Nothing came about of the complaint filed or I'm sure more would of been said about it. This was just a warning to the Chief to not break up the party for certain officers and a dispatcher.. I'm sure its hard to enforce rules when this is what you get in return.
This is just one issue, I'm certain there are several more with the Officers and Dispatcher involved in this. Lets look at the Officers and a certain Dispatcher in the Department as much as the Chief. Maybe everyone needs replaced??

Looks like Piedmonts finest does read the forum. Doing exactly what is wrong with the entire PD, trying to divert attention from the true issue to make themselves feel better. Since my information came from my husband (who is very good friends with an individual at the PD) I would have to say no to your question. As I'm sure you know that the "wife" was left some time ago. Probably for reasons similar to this situation. More importantly, what about the Officers wives who are getting slept around on? Any evening of the week citizens have a better chance of finding an Officer at the convienance store than at the PD. Usually flirting with female store employees or customers. Adding to their little ego.
As "OKIE" stated. "Piedmont Officers only put on their uniform to add to their ego. They chase way more than bad guys, they are in a group of drinkers, philanders,
liars and cheats. Well said "OKIE"! The truth is a powerful thing Piedmont Police Dept.
