I'm part of the gang now, too. Absolute slanderous fabrications from a female. No chance to respond, just pay the court fees and shut up or the judge can punish you more. Would he have waived the court fees if I had not tried to look my best in court?

I am sure I could easily show this was frivolous, and that the accusations were gross lies and exaggerations that were far from the truth.

I prepared really well, spent all my vacation time, holidays, etc. Didn't get to say a word. I guess if you don't have a thousand or two to pay for a lawyer, they don't want to hear what you say. Doesn't sound right. Am I not a citizen who pays taxes, who is supposed to be able to have a voice and answer my accusers?

I'm almost 60, and haven't had to do this before, so I'm not a repeat defendant.

The last time I was in court was in the early 1980's for child custody. Things haven't changed any.

Sorry to hear that but in the state of Oklahoma the woman wins.....And you would of been better off if you never showed......Least that way it is a slap in the judges face and you might of pissed him off like I did lol....
