In 2004, Jenny Doling prepared three documents for a San Diego man and later denied preparing them to detectives. The newly married man was arrested for illegally obtaining his mothers house with the documents Jenny supplied him. He was held in Yucca Valley on $1,000,000 bail. The case was dismissed before he even had his pre-trial arraignment, and all charges were dropped. He spent 11 days in jail because Jenny Doling lied to police about those documents. Jenny Doling is a very dangerous attorney that will do this to somebody again, and we just would like you to know the whole story. Later, we will post a website of those documents and the whole story. Please check her insurance records and malpractice cases before hiring her.The same man in the story sued her insurance company and won a settlement against her. This is all in public records, but you can reach all parties through this forum if you like.
Thanks for reading.

Once again, Mr. Alex Edwards has posted false and defamatory statements. Please feel free to read his other false posts on Topix. All of which have been determined to be false and/or suspect by the media and others. Alex Edwards is perpetrating an Internet Smear-Campaign in an intentional and malicious attempt to discredit the good name of this firm.
Alex Edwards was NEVER a client of my firm. His accusations are completely false. My firm acted within the law to protect an elderly client. Mr. Edward's arrest record by an independent law enforcement agency and the San Bernardino County District Attorney's office speaks for itself.
We have requested that Mr. Edwards refrain from making defamatory statements. It has been nearly 5 years since his arrest and he still blames my firm for his own actions.
We have a solid reputation in the communities of the Hi-Desert. We support many charitable organizations and help to educate the community about elder abuse, loan modifciation fraud, bankruptcy and other areas of the law. Our firm is widely respected and we welcome the opportunity to represent you as well. More than 61% of our business is referrals from other attorneys and from past clients. We believe this referral rate is a compliment and a testament to the quality of work we do and the professionalism and standards we uphold.
We will not be intimidated by these defamatory statements. We find it very sad that Mr. Edwards continues to act in this inappropriate manner.

If it is false... then why did you settle a with such a large sum in the civil suit that was filed against you? Your insurance company spent almost $100,000 to defend you and you still lost the case, so this can't be that unfounded???

Records show that Jenny Doling obstructed justice by her being untruthful to detectives, and she somehow is still practicing law in Yucca Valley, Palm Spring, and the High Desert areas. Not to mention that she has no liable or slander case, because that would mean what has been posted was entirely false. If she was to file a case in any of these matters, she will expose herself to possible criminal charges. We encourage her to file any case, because then she will be in a court room in your area defending her reckless actions. She is a dangerous Lawyer that will lie her way out of any situation. Please ask her to show her her insurance records and conduct. She cannot hide from any of these public records in San Diego where she was sued.

Jenny did my bankruptcy and her and her whole firm were outstanding. I saw many people get up in front of the trustee with their lawyers and getting blasted because documents were missing or done incorrectly. The trustee actually thanked her for problem solving an issue. Highly recommend her.

To Jim:
If I had only video taped the last meeting with Jenny Doling, it would have clearly shown Jenny Doling giving me the documents that she denied to authorities. Unfortunately, she would still be in prison with her license revoked indefinitely. If she had a defamation case against me she would have clearly acted on it by now; but she has no case, because everything I have posted is entirely true. She is a dishonest attorney that has lied to police and sent an innocent guy to jail.... period.

I noticed the same exact thing. So many were unprepared, but she was not. Besides, tell me a major law firm or business that has not been sued. Seriously, whether or not the claims are true, I am sure this sort of thing happens on a regular basis to law firms. Like Dr's, they are an easy target...and its probably a difficult profession to get it 100% right each and every time in a way that satisfies all parties. That fact alone opens itself up for 'problems.'

Now that Barry Bonds has been found guilty on obstruction of justice, it makes me wonder how an attorney like Jenny is not in jail for what she did. To hand someone documents to change a property and then lie directly to the police and tell them she didn't is insane. She obviously is on her best behavior, but once a dishonest attorney... always a dishonest attorney.

It will be very interesting having her legal assistant on the stand in any future slander/libel case. We are betting that the legal assistant will not want to go to jail for felony perjury. She was in the office and witnessed all of the instructions /documents that Jenny Doling gave Mr. Edwards. What a shame that we have to go through all of this to prove how dishonest Jenny Doling is. The Police should have done their job. Not one question was posed to the assistant, but we intend on fixing that.

If she did all this, take the evidence to the district attorney's office. It doesn't cost you any money to do it and if there is a case to be made, they can make it. They can dispo the legal assistant if they feel it would be worthwhile.
Did you do that? Or are you just grousing on the internet and making false claims?
I know what she did for me in my case and she was outstanding.

THIS WAS 7 YEARS AGO! ACCORDING TO THIS GUYS OWN POST! I AGREE WITH JIM! SHE DID A GREAT JOB FOR ME TOO... I HAD A BUSINESS AND WAS THE SUBJECT OF SOME NUT TOO. I'M VERY CAUTIOUS ABOUT WHAT I READ ON TOPIX. IT DOES NOTHING TO STOP LIES AND JUSST GIVES A FORUM FOR PEOPLE TO POST JUNK W/O RECOURSE. IF HIS CLAIMS WERE REAL, HE COULD HAVE FILED A STATE BAR COMPLAINT? I WORK FOR AN ATTORNEY! I KNOW THE STATE BAR INVESTIGATES THIS STUFF AND POSTS DISCIPLINE RECORDS. SHE HAS NONE. THE ALEGATIONS ARE TOTALLY SUSPECT, ESPECIALLY IF YOU'E EVER WORKED WITH HER. I BELIEVE WHAT SHE SAID. THE FACT THAT HIS OWN SISTER REPORTED HIM TO APS SAYSS VOLUMES, EVEN MORE THAN THE FACT THAT HE WAS HELD ON A MILLION BAIL... THE ATTORNEY I WORK FOR SAYS NO ONE GETS A MILLION BAIL W/O CAUSE!!! HOPE SHE SUES HIS A**!

You might want to be careful in your defense of her, there are numerous letters of criminal intent that have been sent to the office of the A.G. We are still standing by for a malice/slander claim from Jenny. You wanna see how fast an attorney can be disbarred for past criminal actions, stick around! Numerous professionals have seen how the investigation was a complete farce, and even those individuals involved in the investigation might be held accountable. We will not give up seeing that Jenny Doling is brought to justice for obstruction of justice, mail fraud, and perjury. She really is a dangerous attorney, and she will do this again!

I am begging you with all of my heart Jenny- please bring a slander/libel case on. It will only bring justice and closure to me, and possibly your community. I want everyone to see how dishonest you really are! You can casually lie to friends and family, but when you lie about documents... that will haunt you forever!!! My documents are patiently waiting for you.

Your right curious, no one gets a million dollar bail w/o cause; yet, nobody gets off on a one million dollar bail just by giving a house back either! Only really bad guys get one million dollar bails, and they go away for a long time!

Do any bank robbers get off by just giving the money back???
Think about it, you can't make this stuff up!!!

Curious, let me clarify some facts:
Alex Martinez the DA handling the one million dollar bail case stated, "The entire case is the transfer of the property", it was stated in investigation by deputy Steve Wilson. "Mr. Edwards must have whited out the original document and created a new document to his own liking and just took the house."
While Jenny denied creating the document numerous times on the phone,(completely lying to investigators and even emailed an entirely different document to authorities) Jenny now put the DA in a tough spot when our attorney Thomas Warwick was armed with proof she drafted them.
So, Mr. Curious, ask your boss how a person with a one million dollar bail just gives a house back to have all charges dropped? This is after a botched investigation states- "I used forged documents to steal a house"- prosecutors obtain a one million dollar bail- and then drop all charges after returning the house?
Also, you think a DA would now file a criminal complaint to someone like me after their attorney schooled the DA, and made him look like an fool in front of the judge?... I am embarrassed for all of the prosecution side of this-My hope is the AG won't think it was that humorous.
FYI- I am not good at grammar, but just has one s, and says has one also! Hope you don't write briefs for your boss...

Just a thought... wouldn't Jenny and the law firm representing her in the malpractice case countersue for the $100,000 spent on defending her- if she had not told a lie???
