Well, we have uncovered some interesting facts in this case. Not once did police ask Jenny Doling's assistant any questions. Her assistant was in the office at the moment that the documents were supplied, and Mr. Edwards was given instructions on how to transfer the title of his mothers house into his name. We believe her name was Ms. Shaundra, or Ms. Trudy and she was Jenny Dolings assistant at the time of this crime. Well, we will be looking forward to put Ms. Shaundra/Ms. Trudy on stand in the future. We are sure that any legal assistant would not want to go to jail on a felony perjury charges for their boss. Maybe someone has already heard the story from the assistant, a story of how Mr. Edwards is innocent and how the legal assistant spilled the beans.

This was such good news, we had to post it twice.

Just a thought... but wouldn't Jenny Doling and the law firm that represented her in the malpractice case countersue for the $100,000 spent on defending her-if she had not told a lie???

Happen to know criminal lawyer that represented Mr. Edwards and the Judge that settled his malpractice case.
First, nobody just gives property back in a one million dollar bail case to have all of the charges thrown out.
Second, nobody has a snowballs chance in hell to prevail representing himself in a malpractice claim.
This lawyer needs to be interviewed by the BAR, and needs to answer for these allegations.

If Jenny is still trying to convince herself and the public that she didn't draft these documents, we have some bad news for everyone.

First, we are sitting here looking at a document that has a woman's handwriting on it that gives instructions on how to proceed with setting a default aside, and instructions on what to do with the documents.

Secondly, there are post it notes on both documents with the same woman's handwriting on them with first, second, etc. Which coincide with the instructions on which document to file first, second, etc.

We would bet the farm that these handwritten notes were written by Jenny Doling.

*The same notes the insurance companies document expert looked at, and the same documents Mr. Edwards' document expert looked at.

Jenny Doling represented us in 2007 for a bankrupcy. What a nightmare. Phone calls we never answered and after we turned in our Ford Explorer she said she had great success in people keeping their newer cars because after all we would need at least one car between the two of us to get back and forth to work in. NOT SO! One early morning 2:00 a.m a repo man came for my car. UNBELIEVABLE! No phone calls were ever returned. Whenever we hear her name anywhere our comments are heard.

Haven't looked at this in awhile. This guy is now pretending to be a family attorney. He's flooded the topic with his own garbage. His phantom settlement is just his way of complaining on the Internet more. Story didn't make sense in court, didn't make sense here. I think his complaints fell on deaf ears. Good! If you're so innocent Mister, why the childish games, hiding behind fake user names, why did APS report you, why were you held on $1m bail.

It's interesting how people do not take responsibility for their own action. People no longer want to admit when they are wrong. People want to blame others. It's quite obvious here, that happened. What you did to your mother was wrong. What your trying, but miserably failing at doing to her attorney is equally absurd.. blaming is a scape goat. There is a difference between legitimate advocates to change things for the better and whiners and blamers who never do anything for anyone but himself.

Christie, just take your case to the state Bar of California, they would love to hear your story.

As for the ModernFam guy, if Jenny had a slander case, it surely would have been filed, because of your expertise. We are still waiting for the dishonest attorney- Jenny Doling that was sued by Mr. Edwards to take action. You have the settlement case numbers and lawsuit number filed in SB by him also, so if they are phantom, let us know more. She was sued for perjury, and Mr. Edwards won a malpractice case against her, what more can we say? She lied about house deeds and other documents, and said she didn't produce them. How dishonest can you get? You make yourself foolish for sticking up for her, and obviously Christie had bad experiences with the same untrustworthy attorney. So, it really hasn't fallen on deaf ears.

Look, Jenny is the most dishonest attorney I ever met in my life, she completely lied to peoples faces about Property deeds. She should have been prosecuted and disbarred. She completely destroyed a family with her dishonesty and lack of character. She has this to bear with her family and friends for the rest of her life. We are still waiting for the slander, libel case from you Jenny. I will gladly see you face to face under oath, so bring it on.

You see, no honest lawyer would sit there and take this abuse, they would act. So, that says a lot about Jenny Doling and her character.

Ault Schonfeld Jordan and Munro were hired by Lawyers Mutual Insurance Company in Burbank California. The case went to Mediation because Jenny Doling was running out of insurance coverage. In this case it was 100,000/300,000, and the firm of Ault Schonfeld Jordan and Munro had already spent 80,000 plus dollars defending Jenny Doling. It was moved to Judge Wayne Peterson's ADSR CASE NO. 07-0266 in San Diego California. Mr. Edwards took on this firm and insurance carrier and won an out of court settlement. How does that look for Jenny Doling? Not very good.

Do you think a giant insurance firm and a big legal firm would just hand over a check to Mr. Edwards if Jenny Doling was being honest? If she had any evidence of being honest, forthright, or innocent, this guy would be put through a meat grinder by all of these attorneys and insurance agents. Jenny would be gunning for him with all the fire power she could come up. She obviously is one of the most dishonest attorneys we have seen in awhile.

Interesting how Shantel Sterling was not interviewed by the incompetent sheriff detective on the case, she was in the office while Jenny Doling drafted the documents and gave instructions to the guy. I bet she would give some great testimony now!

The fact is, there is now a Google review in plain sight, and in her face. If she was innocent, honest, and had integrity, she would file a slander/malice case right now. Come on Jenny, step up and stand up for yourself.

I just randomly came across this and had to keep reading. I'm no expert on any of this but it looks like this guy Alex is posting under multiple names and identities. The fact that it stems over three years is incredible. Someone needs to get some help and let things go. Will be interesting to see if any more "people" chime in about this case and how horrible this Jenny lady is.

Irony: the expression of one's meaning by using language that normally signifies the opposite, typically for humorous or emphatic effect.
This might bring closure to what Jenny Doling did to me 10 years ago. Yes, I am still sickened by the thought of her lying to the authorities, but in time you do find a way to heal and move on. So, to tell you how I will ultimately gain closure to this, and it goes like this... An unnamed gentleman called my defense attorney out of the blue on November 21st, 2014. He told them he had to talk to me and gave numbers and emails. I returned his call on November 26th, 2014, and he began to tell me his experience with Jenny Doling. The "irony" of the phone call was that Jenny had done the same exact thing to this gentleman. So, not only will I be able to testify for this man, I will be able to see Jenny Doling possibly go to jail. So, for all of you that think she is so wonderful, can do no wrong, the best attorney ever, and just a great person, Jenny Doling is hopefully going to be brought to justice. I will make sure she testifies under oath about my document (still in a safe deposit box). Together with the evidence this man brings to court, she will be disbarred and I ultimately will have
my closure.
Life is about "irony"

I know Jenny Dolong as a fellow bankruptcy attorney. She does excellent work and has only ever acted as a true professional in all the years I've been able to see her work. Her clients get great results and anyone in the audience in the bankruptcy court and in the hearings can plainly see that she and her office treat her clients with only kindness and excellence.
