Injured man sues city after accident
Tonawanda News - A couple struck by a drunken driver while walking their dogs along the Erie Canal in June have filed a lawsuit against North Tonawanda, claiming the city should have constructed barriers on the Sweeney Street pedestrian path where the accident took place.

Frivolous lawsuit, throw it out.
Next they'll demand barriers along every sidewalk.
It's called an ACCIDENT. Sue the driver instead.
