I am wondering why there are so many outages in our area of Ringgold. We live on Correll Rd. in Ringgold Ga. and seem to have outages more often then any other part of town. Granted it is the rural part of town but does that mean we are to endure power loss as a normal occurrence? We have lost power in our area twice in about a 2 or maybe 3 week period. That is only scratching the very surface of the numerous outages here. I am very sorry to have to post this but it's just not acceptable, we have many senior citizens and those who depend on reliable power for health reasons, and we are seeing that when we have an outage it is only in our area where downtown Ringgold is not affected. Please take this into consideration as our hard earned cash is as good as that of the residents of downtown and we deserve the same quality service as everyone else....

Well, to begin with, you are on a subpar grid so when we need more power for all the playstations and streaming video in the better parts of town, we turn your part off which gains us at least 425 more homes in the better part of town who can use the electricity.

You might want to move if you can afford it.
Also, we recently started letting Lookout Mountain plug into your sockets so we have to charge you for whatever they use. Our new circuits only go one way, so if Lookout Mountain needs the juice, we turn yours off first.

Maybe if you didn't have that power hungry Christmas Tree and those other decorations sucking up power in your neighborhood it would help. Also, we recommend you go door to door and tell them to turn that crap off and see if things don't straighten out for you. Try turning off your refrigerator for at least 8 hours a day to lessen the load. Don't watch TV and run the dishwasher at the same time or you might blow something up.
