MAYBE, since heís so young and inexperienced, MAYBE heís still idealistic and thinks he can make a difference. MAYBE he hasnít been around long enough to be worn down by stupid interference by the state, the local system, kids that donít want to learn and bitching parents who just donít get it. MAYBE heís naive and will attempt new things, new techniques, new programs he learned in college that are different (for here) and might work. MAYBE heís ambitious, thinking that if heís able to take a miserable school system out of the gutter, that itíll look good on his resume thatíll lead him to bigger and better jobs elsewhere.<quoted text>I agree. What person in their right mind would hire a Principal with no specialists or PhD degree and who's only real experience was being a gym teacher for seven years to run a school that is such a mess?
