Curious as to what others have to say about this. For example: white/black, christian/muslim.

why should race matter? i think we all bleed red...if two people love each other, that is all that matters, and no racist redneck should have any input in what i do with my personal life~!! what i do with my personal life is of no one else concern~!!

I would not. I don't think people of different races or religions can ever really understand each other and there are too many challenges in these types of relationships to make them successful for the long term. Just my opinion.

You must be too stupid to understand, if you can't see any differences between a christian and a muslim, or a christian and a hindu, etc.

As this is an "opinion" poll......... I do not believe people of different races should inter-marry. I also agree with the Justice of the Peace who would not marry the interracial couple a few weeks ago--the story made national headlines. He is correct in believing the offspring of an interracial couple are often shunned by both races--in many cases. I have a few friends and a co-worker who are in interracial marriages/relationships, and there seem to be numerous problems and stresses because of their "mixing." One of the couples has 3 children, and all of them are called "half-breeds" by both sides of the family, his and hers. I'm sure someone will call me a "racist" or "redneck" for this belief, but that's completely inaccurate. Just my opinion--I'm interested to hear others.

bleeding red is not the issue. insects bleed red, but they don't breed outside their species.

Good point there! Also, might want to consider NOT voting for a Muslim President unless you live in a Muslim country. I don't know, just a thought.

If you marry a freak - which you admit you did (a couple of times), don't expect taxpayers to pay for your idiot mistakes. If you have retarded kids from those marriages, why should WE pay for you or them? YOU pay the piper, big girl. You made the bad choices, not us.

Well said. I agree with your observations and experience 100%.
Who cares if you are called a name - it is your right to believe the way you do. More people I know agree with you than not.

So Peach. You won't marry outside your race or religion? Is that my correct understanding? WHY? That was the original question.

It's a personal choice and nobody else's business. All marriages take effort; mixed marriages probably take more. Mature couples who go into things with their eyes open often make them work.

Although the Moon is passing through your fifth house of pleasure, the Sun is moving through your twelfth house of solitude and reflection. You may want to enjoy simple, quiet pleasures that help soothe your soul; the month before your birthday is often a time of retreat and reflection.
