I would very much like to know the secret to being able to call 911 when ALL services are down.
First, reset the modem by pushing the off switch. Repeat one hundred times.
Second, reset the modem another hundred times by unplugging it.
Third, do you think it could be your line filter. Remove it.
Fourth, reinstall it.
Fifth, repeat steps 3 and 4 one hundred times.
Sixth, could be your modem is out of date. Can we sell you a new one?
Seventh, could be your WiFi box, need to call the mfg.
Eighth, a street box has had some problems recently, do you think that could be it. I don't know I'm not a tech.
Nineth,'a tech came by and did something at the street'.
Tenth, May have to buy that new box.
Eleventh, can you look at the telephone pole and see anything wrong looking.
If still doesn't work, get in your car and drive to the Sheriff's office to report your 911.
