Everyone in Blairsville is going to jail for a long, long time.

They deserve it.

So he was released along with the sex offender(who crossed umpteen state lines-without being charged with failure to comply). Y'all do know it has been said that the guy who has a 5 year old holding him hostage in a bunker, in the past, has been known to be cruel to animals. The stealing, shooting of the goat was inhumane, but to tie it to the bumper and drag it through the streets, well that's just batshit crazy....

Someone needs to tie Marty to the back of a truck by his dick and race up and down a dirt road.
NO EXCUSE, duck face, for their disgusting behavior.
Drinking and using meth sounds more like it.
Yep, agreed. Sounds like that punishment pretty much fits the crime.

Except for some people (read degenerates) in this town, seem to think that if you are drinking, and therefore not in your “right” mind, it must be OK to take some helpless animal (in this case someone’s pet) and go out of you way to first hurt the defenseless thing, then shoot it, then tie it to your truck and then drag it about and that makes it alright; and I guess the low life who is sorry enough to commit such an abominable act somehow now obtains the title of being a bigger jerk than he was ever thought to be in the first place.

Don’t you reckon his family and friends (that should probably read associates) are really impressed and proud of him? Not in truth, I would guess.

But, regardless he’ll probably never consider or realize the pain and suffering he has caused.

And we are not to and will not administer his judgment or punishment, but it will come, and only he will make the final decisions leading to the many repercussions on that reckoning day.

I hear that in this last snow storm masons deputies were trying to get ahold of him as they had no four wheel vehicles to drive. Mason never called them back. So I guess the deputies stayed in the station all day. I assume that leaves me and other Union County residents without police protection. How can a man who swore to the voters he would be available now not respond to his own deputies. If this is true, it's malfiesence of office. I also wonder where his other top commanders were. Our tax dollars wasted.

Yep, she can file a civil action. However, penalties minute in nature even if she were to succeed in the action.

As to your second comment... COME ON!!

THIS is the type behavior that simply needs a good azz kicking, and sever criminal penalties; that is get his attention.

Then, and only then, after serving the consequences of his action(s), offer him the ways and means to change his life, the decision of course, remains with him as to remaining a drunk and a jerk, or turning his life around.
