Juvenile Court Now Open to the Public

Alright everyone. This just in. If House Bill 616 passes, then as of July 1st, juvenile court in the state of Georgia will now be open to the public. This means that any Joe Blow off the street can wander into a juvenile court hearing, just like Superior Court. All juvenile records occurring after July 1, 2009 can be accessed by the public. If you do not agree with this, then please, contact your house representatives and fight this!
