Ok, I understand that these 2 "companies" have a monopoly going on..but why can they not train their so called "techs" to get our service on faster when it goes out? I moved here from a Much bigger city over 8 years ago, and when we lost service w/in an hour it was back on...not an entire day! Sorry guys, I am not a born and raised local, but if this is all you've got show about how the "good ole boys" are working... Really sets your intelligence alot lower than one would have assumed.......More training, less kissing ass.
