Man beaten to death in Merced

A report of an assault early Monday sent Merced Police Department officers to the 300 block of East 15th Street, where they found a male who had been severely beaten, the department reported in a Feb.

His name was George Aragon! He was in his early 60"s and a Grandfather.we pray that they catch these disgusting animals that did this to a helpless,defenseless elderly man.To the losers that did this you are nothing but COWARDS to the public eye! you took this man to soon from a daughter who really needed him..George Aragon , may your Beautiful soul rest in peace and in our hearts you will never be deceased ,for u are in a better place in (heaven) FREE with the Angeles smiling down on us, we will soon meet again our dear friend........
